Brian LaManna started posting on LinkedIn after watching senior colleagues like Manit Bendov, Udi Leadergaard, and Sarah Brazier share openly about their work and lives. He began 18 months ago, posting once a week at first, then more often, using it as a public journal for wins, failures, and lessons learned.

Like, who would that new guy be that's posting sales tips or posting or what he's doing? Like, I didn't want to call attention to myself like that. I think I was just desperately thinking like, how can I perform and succeed here and not fail? I had other bigger concerns, but I think seeing like folks at our company gong like from the very top, like Manit Bendov, our CEO, Udi Leadergaard, our CMO, Sarah Brazier, a Rockstar AE that were all like posting and sharing their journey and tips and tricks and just like their highs and lows of their career and their day and personal stuff like gave me a little bit of inspiration. I think I was always curious about like people that created content. So I started about 18, 19 months ago, kind of on a whim. I just started pretty slow, like posting once a week, then twice a week, then three times a week. But it really started more as just like my like open facing public journal for like what was going great, what was going horrible, like lessons I learned, random things I did on the weekend.
