I've been an account executive now for seven years and I have a non negotiable as part of every single week. I always block my calendar every Monday from 8 to 10am Central Time with an event that says do not book. Am I just sleeping in hungover? Playing video games? No. It's actually my most productive time and here's a few reasons why I do it. First off meeting no shows are super, super high first thing Mondays. Number two. Only you know when you work best.
