Pedro Loureiro breaks down why Puma's website fails its customers. Low-contrast text, too many confusing buttons, and visual clutter make the site feel cheap instead of premium. He shows how cleaner layouts and better product photography could actually drive more sales.
Did you know that Puma's website sucks? Here's what we did to optimize it. So if we look at their current store, this text over the image is kind of hard to see. It's kind of hard to read. They've got 3 buttons. There's actually an offer down here that's obscuring more text. There's text everywhere. It's really confusing. So what we did is we cleaned it up, added in a bit of color, made it exciting, made sure that the images pop and really show off the models and the clothes that they're wearing. And of course, just making it easier and cleaner so that people can see. It feels a lot more premium now, and I'm sure that this would increase their sales. Puma, if you're listening, test this out.
