These are the 5 vendors that your Airbnb cannot live without. First of all, the house cleaners. Pretty straightforward. You need house cleaners to change the house in between guests on a regular basis. Make sure you get a good, reliable crew, or maybe 2, so that you have a backup if they're not available. Second of all, the handyman. You're gonna need somebody to make fixes here and there. Not necessarily a licensed contractor, but somebody that can make fixes to your house as needed. Third of all, if you have a pool or hot tub, you do need a service company to come over on a regular basis, at least once a week, to check the levels, clean the pool, clean the filters. This is very important. Fourth of all, yard service. Yes, even if you don't have a yard, you're going to need somebody to leaf blow every other week just to keep the dust down. And finally, you may not believe this, but I think you should have a pest control company on contract coming over at least once a month.
