Bunk Beds? Not in my furnished rentals. Here’s why

As a 5-star rated Airbnb Superhost managing 10 properties, including one of the most popular short-term rental houses in Las Vegas, I'm often asked about the choices I make to ensure a top-tier guest experience. One decision I stand by is not using bunk beds in any of my properties. Here's why. First, safety is my top priority. Bunk beds, while fun for kids, can be dangerous, especially if someone falls from the top bunk. I want to ensure that every guest, no matter their age, feels safe and secure during their stay. Second, bunk beds just don't fit the luxury vibe I aim to provide. When guests book a stay at one of my properties, they expect comfort and privacy, even in shared rooms. Bunk beds can feel cramped and make it feel difficult to create that sense of personal space and relaxation. Additionally, bunk beds are more challenging to maintain. They require more assembly, and over time, they can loosen and break more easily. Ultimately, I believe in creating an environment where every detail contributes to a 5-star experience. That's why I just say no to bunk beds. Follow me for more real estate and rental insights.
