Stop being so messy. You know, I've been into a lot of stockrooms and a lot of Airbnbs, and I've noticed that people leave them very messy, disorganized, and it's not okay. So I think it's important to label your shelves and know where everything goes to keep inventory flush so that you don't run out when your cleaning crew is there. That's the worst thing you can do. You don't have to necessarily track every little piece of your inventory on a spreadsheet, although you can. I don't. But I think it's important to keep everything organized and to know how much in general you have at a glance of any particular piece. That includes extra linens as well as cleaning solutions and the like.
