Beds. Everybody sleeps in them every night, but you don't think about them very much. Well, unless you're like me and you set up and manage rentals for a living. So here are a couple tips when it comes to beds in your rental. You're gonna want to have the same size bed as much as possible. So have a bunch of kings and a bunch of singles, but not also kings and queens. You know, if you can fit a king, do it. Secondly, did you know that two twin XL beds turns into a king size if they're pushed together? So that's why I like to set up with kings and twin XLs. Those two twin XLs next to each other can become a king for a couple in a pinch. Also, did you know that these memory foam mattresses that you can get on Amazon are actually very comfortable? They're also very inexpensive to ship because they vacuum pack them down into these small bags and boxes. So definitely recommend those. And finally, use duvet covers so that you don't have to wash the comforter over and over. If you enjoy these tips, please follow and like. I'd appreciate it.
