Proud to say that I've been an Airbnb Superhost 14 times in a row. That means I've been in the top 5% consistently, and I'd like to help you get there as well with these quick tips. First of all, don't ever cancel your bookings. Even if you think you can get more money, it's not worth it. Don't ever cancel. Second of all, get back to the people that are inquiring about your place as fast as possible. If you can't do it, set up software to do it. And third of all, don't try charge your guests for broken or missing items. I know you think that it's not fair, they broke something. Just don't do it. It's going to lower your rank in the algorithm and cause you to have lower ratings over time. And finally, use every piece of feedback that you get to create better systems. That means better communication. Maybe it's a sign on the wall. Maybe it's telling somebody about how to check in before they get there. But use every piece of feedback, good or bad, as a way to learn and grow.
