One of the things you might think of when you're setting up a rental house is the amenities in the backyard. I love having a fire table and a barbecue. These are things that are pretty easy to add to the backyard and really attract a lot of visitors and renters to your house. But one of the things that is a hassle with these two amenities in particular is the propane tanks. You're constantly swapping those out because they get empty. You need to refill them. And so what I've finally done after years of refilling propane tanks is I'm now installed a natural gas pipe to where the fire pit table is and where the barbecue table is, and I installed a spigot on there. And so now I just get all of the gas through the city. No more swapping.
