In this YouTube monologue, the speaker expresses enthusiasm for Las Vegas's continual growth, focusing on the upcoming relocation of the Oakland Athletics baseball team to the city. He outlines plans for a new stadium to be constructed on the former Tropicana site near the Strip and airport, describing its design as reminiscent of the Sydney Opera House and highlighting distinctive features such as the largest digital screen and window ever installed in a stadium, as well as a non‑retractable roof that will provide permanent shade and year‑round air‑conditioning. The speaker concludes by offering his Airbnb properties to visitors, inviting them to stay with him and create family memories in Las Vegas.

I just love living in Las Vegas, and one of my favorite parts is that it's always growing and expanding, new buildings being built, and lately it's all about athletic teams. Speaking of athletics, the Oakland Athletics baseball team is coming to Las Vegas, and that means we have to build them a stadium. It's going to be built where the current Tropicana is, near the airport on the Strip, and this is going to be a beautiful stadium. It's going to look a lot like the Sydney Opera House in Australia. But it's going to have the largest digital screen and the largest window of any stadium ever built. It's going to have a non-retractable roof, but it will be providing shade and air conditioning all year round. I'm looking forward to it. If you're ever coming to Las Vegas, please reach out to me. I've got Airbnb houses, and I'd love to host you and make a memory for you and your family.
