Palette, spelled P-A-L-A-T-E, is a brand new restaurant here in Las Vegas. I just went there for brunch and, mm, was it tasty! I really enjoyed it. The place just opened a couple weeks ago in May 2024, and it is a restaurant that's heavily themed. The restaurant has huge trees inside of it and big chandeliers glistening, a full bar, but really the draw is the food. The food is top-notch, and I really enjoyed my pork belly breakfast with eggs and rice and There was also French toast and a bunch of other breakfast-oriented foods that I really enjoyed. I'd highly recommend it. It's in the Arts District, which is really popping off lately. The Arts District is between the Strip and the downtown area of Las Vegas, and there's a lot of new businesses going into that area.
