TVs. Yep, they're everywhere, especially in my short-term and midterm rentals. I've bought probably upwards of 100 TVs in the last 5 years or so, and I've learned a lot along the way. I want to share a couple little tips with you. First of all, if you're furnishing a rental house, you're going to want to have the same brand of TV, if at all possible, throughout the house. Put it in every bedroom. But if you have the same brand, you'll be able to use the same remote. They can move around, and you won't have people getting confused which remote works with which TV. Another thing to consider is which brand to get. At first I was pretty loyal to Vizio, but these days I'm using TCL because there's a built-in Roku. And one of the nice things is with Roku you can put it into guest mode before every guest so that they can log into their own streaming channels and you don't have to worry about them screwing up your streaming channels.
