Why Airbnb Curb Appeal is Important

Let's talk about curb appeal for an Airbnb house. I find that it's really important to keep your Airbnb clean and tidy. Make sure that the lawn is clipped and leaves are blown. Trim those trees. I also think that it's really important to celebrate holidays. Christmas, of course, but also even Easter, Fourth of July. More importantly though, Halloween. You could decorate your house. You can also establish great relations with your neighbors by giving out treats. In general though, the rest of the year you're going to want to keep all of the colored lights and decorations in the backyard, away from sight from the street. You don't need to attract any unwelcome scrutiny from nosy neighbors or drunks that may be walking by and think that your house is a bar. So keep all the fun stuff in the backyard and you'll do great.
