Habits I'm Tracking to Hit $1M by 12/25/2027

Carson Butler outlines a habit-tracking system to hit $1 million by December 25, 2027, before his 23rd birthday. He pivoted from Instagram coaching to a rap-based ad-creative agency after an Instagram ban, and breaks his daily routine into morning, afternoon, and evening pillars with measurable habits across finances, fitness, faith, family, and fulfillment.

What's going on, YouTube? Carson Wraps Ads here, AKA Carson Butler, if you want to address me by my government name. Uh, in this video, I'm going to go over the habits that I'm tracking, uh, for the rest of the year and all of next year to make my first million dollars by December 25th, 2027. Uh, these are literal habits that I'm tracking to be a master within my finances, a master with my fitness, A master with my faith, a master amongst my family and friends, and just a master at living a fulfilled life, right? I feel like a lot of people, they choose one out of the 5 Fs, and then when one comes, the other 4 fall. They accomplish the fitness, they get a fit body, but financially they're poor. With their faith, they're poor. With their family, their friends, their relationships are poor. They don't feel fulfilled. They feel like, oh, I'm fit, I look good, but Um, you know, my body doesn't really reflect, you know, how I feel inside. I don't feel like I'm living a fulfilled life. I'm not helping people. It's all, you know, you might just be doing it for yourself. You might be financially well off, but you're fat as hell. You know, you don't have a good relationship with God. You feel like you're, you know, chasing money as opposed to money coming to you. Um, you don't have relationships with your parents or your friends or, you know, uh, you, you suck. You know, you want to get, you know, you want to have a girlfriend or whatever the case might be, but you feel like you can't get one, which You know, by the way, like everybody starts somewhere and you just aren't fulfilled, right? Or you might have rich relationships, you know, with family and friends, but you still might need to elevate, you know, in your spiritual life and feel more fulfilled. Like whatever it is, like this is exactly what I'm doing to maximize all 5 Fs across the board. So I actually have created a new habit tracker template. For one, the UI of this is just way better. Like on my old habit tracker template, Um, like I could only see like up to day like 14 right here. Now I can see the whole 30 days for the whole month, all right? And I know I'm starting this mid, you know, basically in the mid-late portion of the month, but, um, I'm just gonna go over the habits, go over the reasoning why I chose it, and ultimately how it's going to contribute to me getting closer to my next million or my first million, um, in— by December 25th, 2027. Um, and I'm gonna— number one, before I even go into the habits, let me give you guys context into the reasoning behind this goal and behind this time frame. So, um, 3 months ago, right, this is about 3 months ago, 3 months and some change, um, I decided to completely take a different, uh, change for my life, right? Um, my Instagram was shut down unexpectedly, right? Uh, I woke up, you know, I was actually, uh, uh, I was with my girlfriend at And, um, you know, we were just chilling and I was looking at my phone. I was like, yo, like, like, my phone— my Instagram just got taken down. And it was weird, like, randomly. Like, I've taught people how to grow on Instagram. I've taught people how to, um, blow up their pages on Instagram. I blew up my own page, went from 900 to 100,000 in 6 months and 6 days. So like, it felt weird. Like, people used to even ask me like, hey, like how can I get my Instagram back? You're the Instagram guy, you know what I'm saying? So it felt crazy to now see my page get banned after seeing— after hearing a bunch of other people saying their page is getting banned. Um, and it really made me reflect and think, damn, like, okay, like, what do I need to do? Like, I've been telling people about Instagram and it kind of, to be honest, like, it made me not even believe in Instagram that much. So long story short, I actually pivoted my offer from helping people grow on Instagram to actually helping people make high creative high-converting ad creatives, um, by using rap-based advertising, which is exactly what I do now. I have a rap-based ad creative agency where we create rap ads for other business owners that already have top-performing ads, but they're not able to duplicate themselves and stop filming, stop facing ad fatigue, and ultimately stop being the bottleneck in their business when they're at about $100,000 to $300,000 a month and around $1,000 a day plus in ad spend. So if you are a business owner in that position, you— I don't even know how you got to this YouTube channel. Maybe you're just stalking me, want to know a little bit more about who I am as a person, but You can click the link below to learn a little bit about what I do and how I can help you. But nonetheless, that's essentially what I did. And as soon as I made that pivot, literally as soon as I made that pivot in June, this was midway through the month, I was actually getting consulting from my bro, um, who helped me come up even with the offer. I said to myself, I'm like, bro, this is a million-dollar offer. And I had so much fucking conviction behind what I was saying. Like, literally, I, I said it so confidently with so much conviction that like nobody in the world— and still shit, nobody in the world can tell me like, like, yo, like this isn't a million-dollar offer that I can't literally like make a million from next year, right? This was 3 months ago, you know, and we're about 3 months from the end of this year, right? Literally, it's crazy. I'm making this video about 3 months from December 2020, uh, December 25th, 2026. So it's basically 3 months and a day. So it's crazy how time flies, right? But pretty much 90 to 100 days ago, I said I can make $1 million with this offer next year. And that's exactly why, you know, I have the ultimate conviction in myself of being able to scale this offer to $1 million this year. Also, I've been able to be blessed to essentially almost be an operator slash overseer of somebody who grew their offer from literally zero apps and Absolutely nothing, considering being a high-ticket closer for other info companies, right? Like a few days before their ads launched for their own offer, to then hitting a million dollars cash collected within about 12 to 13 months. I saw every single step of the way, pretty much from them making their first thirty thousand to them hitting their first million and like thirty thousand. You get what I'm saying? Like it's crazy. So me being able to see See that, be involved with that. I mean, pretty much know and see everything down to the ad creatives they've been running this whole time, the content that they posted. Like, I have a whole backlog of all the content they've posted. Knowing their closers by name, knowing their setters by name, knowing their fulfillment team by name, knowing how everything works in terms of the mentorship, the fulfillment process, the offer, the deliverables, the refunds and chargebacks that they had to incur, but still hitting $1 million cash collected in 12 to 13 months. Like, I've been able to see that. And one thing my mentor told me, he said, you can only grow to what you're exposed to. But once you get exposed to more, your mind can expand, right? Exposure creates expansion. So now my mind is expanded to seeing how possible it is. Like, bro, I literally saw this person go from taking out a $50,000 loan because they couldn't even pay their spa rent hardly and they wanted to invest into a $20,000 mentor to then being able to take that $50,000 loan Spend money on ads, spend money on the mentors, spend money on the systems and the softwares to be able to get the ground run— hit the ground running, to then hitting $1 million cash collected in 12 to 13 months. And that's still not being enough because they missed out on the other Fs that I talked about: the fitness, the family, the friends, the fulfillment, the faith. All those other things low-key went down as their finances grew. So like I said, in this video, I know I've taken a bit of a turn for the first 7 minutes, but I want to go into and give you guys context into the habits I'm building to not only make my first million by December 25th, 2027, which that's a day before my birthday. So essentially I've made my first million by 23 or at 23, at the age of 23, which is my goal to be able to say that. And I will, I'll be able to say that in about 12 months and 3 months. So about in about 15 months, I'll be able to say that. Nonetheless, here's the habits that I'm building to be able to maximize Maximize the 5 Fs so that I can accomplish the same thing my friend that I essentially was an operator for, the thing that I saw them able to accomplish while also maximizing the other areas of my life. So I essentially have separated these habits into 3 different quadrants, or not quadrants, but essentially 3 different pillars, which is the morning, the afternoon, and the evening. This will allow me to get at least 7.5 hours of sleep. Allow me to have essentially 3 days within the day, right? So I'm almost going 3 times as fast as people trying to keep up with me. And, um, there's basically a theme for all these parts, um, of the day. So I'm gonna go ahead and get into that. Uh, if you guys have any questions, leave them in the comment section. But here's the reasoning behind all the habits and, um, how they're gonna help me hit my first million while being fulfilled. And being, you know, faithful to the Lord, being fit, and also having a great relationship with my family and friends. So, um, number 1, the time I woke up and the time I went to sleep. Man, I actually need to remove this column. I need to have this just be a numerical column instead of a checkbox-based column. But bro, so many people overlook this one thing. What time do you wake up and what time do you go to sleep? sleep, right? I had a mentor say, literally Alex Hormozi, he said so many people could avoid so many problems in life if they just went to bed by 9, or, you know, for in my case is 10. So many problems. Like, you go out, you do some dumb shit, you, you stay up, you scroll, you watch Netflix for 3 hours instead of an hour that you would have watched had you been a little more sane. Like, so many things happen at night that you don't even account for, and it fucks you up the next morning, and you wake up late, you are groggy, you don't even know what to do. So, um, me tracking the time that I wake up and the time I go to sleep is gonna hold me accountable to making sure that I'm simply doing the simplest thing that, that I can possibly do, which is waking up and going to sleep at the same time. I mean, there's so many benefits if you guys just look it up of, you know, the, the, the type of consistency your body can, uh, can, you know, accustom itself to. Like, being able to just naturally fall asleep, naturally wake up without any alarms— like, bro, it's priceless. Um, tracking my weight. So I am going to invest into a product. I actually saw a Facebook ad for this, which, if you aren't investing in Facebook ads, I don't care if you're a business owner, you're an entrepreneur, an investor, you need to run Facebook ads if you're looking to hit 6, 7, 8, 9 figures your business, right? Which is exactly what I'm going to start doing very soon. Like within the next 2 weeks, I'm gonna be launching ads for my offer. But that's neither here nor there. I saw a Facebook ad for a product and it said it tracks your body fat percentage and it tracks your muscle mass and it tracks your weight. And I gotta actually like, I gotta get that because I'm gonna add that into my October. I'm gonna add that into my October Sober habit tracker, like my body fat percentage and my muscle mass, because obviously the goal of, you know, weightlifting is not to gain more weight or lose more weight, it's actually to decrease body fat and increase muscle mass, right? That's the whole goal, so you look more fit, right? Um, so I'm going to be tracking that, but for now I just have the weight simply because, you know, I want to make sure that I'm not going way up or way down. You know, I'm looking to almost do a recomp right now, so I wanna just stay consistent and maintain my weight and just look better. Drinking water in the morning, it's not exact, but I'll say 16 ounces of water since that's about the size of one water bottle that I drink in the morning. Journaling, I have a 5-minute journal that I carry around that I haven't been the most consistent with since I have been traveling for the last like week or so, but I do need to get back to. That consistently. Daily affirmation, that's essentially something I read to myself every morning that basically talks about who I am, where I'm going, what I'm grateful for, the bad, the good, and the things that I say I will and will not do every day to affirm to myself who I am and who I'm becoming. Read Bible for 5+ minutes, that's something that I've actually put in there just to stay grounded with my faith. 1 hour of studying and learning, this is big. So I recently Reread a book. I read a portion of— reread a portion of one of my favorite books of all time called The 5 AM Club. If you guys haven't read it, bro, it'll change your life. So I reread a portion of that as I was, um, on the phone with my girl one day, and, um, I was just telling her like, yo, like, this is— this book is crazy. The book's amazing. And the reason why is because what they said is like, you need to spend at least 60 minutes every morning learning. Like, your body, your brain is such a sponge at the first part of the day because it hasn't been subjected to all the distractions that the world throws at you in the afternoon and at night and when people are getting up, when people have gotten off work and so forth and so on. So if you can soak up information in the morning that then you can execute throughout the day, throughout the afternoon throughout the evening. Like, you literally can change the whole trajectory of your day by acting on new information that you didn't once have at the start of the day. So that's personally why I love, um, this new habit of mine, you know, to do at least 1 hour of studying and learning. Um, I don't know why WhisperFlow is tripping. Let me, you know, I don't know if y'all saw that at the bottom, but, um, adding 3 priority tasks in Google Tasks. So, uh, what I use as a task manager is Google Tasks. It's very simple. The UI is nice. And I say 3 priority tasks. I'm actually going to put 3 to 5 here. And when I say 3 to 5, like a lot of people focus on doing like 10, 20 things in a day. What I try to focus on is the concept of less is more, right? If I do 3 to 5 things that move the needle in my business and in my life, that'll get me way farther than doing 10 to 20 things that don't matter. Like saying, oh, like let me pay my team. Let me pay my mom money. Like, bro, that takes 2 minutes. Like, if you paid 10 people 10 times and you did 10 tasks, that's 10 minutes of work. Versus if you did 1 hour, 4 hours of outreach, 4 hours of Looms, and that's a priority task, that's a lot of time. It's only one task, but it's going to make way more of a difference in your business, which we'll get into these afternoon habits down the line. And then minimum 2-hour deep work. This is something that I have recently implemented as well. 2 hours of deep work is very necessary for me. You know, I'm somebody that's big on silence, working in silence. It's funny because I have a lot of people— hold up. All right, that lady was talking. I have a lot of people in my life that are night owls. Like some of my closest friends, like closest partners, they're night owls. And it's funny Because I had somebody tell me opposites attract, which I guess they do. But I love the mornings because I can do deep work when nobody's talking to me, nobody's texting me, nobody's hitting my line like you know in Slack. Like it's just so great because I can work in silence, and I think that's something that every business owner should have at least two hours a day. I like to do at least three to four, but I said two plus because sometimes you know I'll get caught up doing some. Things, but I really need it. Honestly, I'll be completely transparent, it really needs to be 3. Um, it really needs to be 3, to be completely real with you. Um, let's say 3, man. Let's just say 3. Let's say 3. Let's say 3. I'm not gonna— I'm not gonna— I'm not gonna— but I'll say at the minimum 2. So, so the ideal target is 3. The peak, like peak peak in terms of like this is absolute productivity maxing is four. Ideal is three, minimums two. So I'm gonna keep two just because that's the bare minimum. High leverage tasks. This is pretty much is actually executing on what I said I'd do in the morning. Checking email slack without you know goes without saying. One hour cardio on bike. This is something that's really important for me. I've actually started doing this. At the start of the morning. So I'm actually gonna put this at 14, put this at 15, and the other 16. But yeah, I've started doing this and it's been great. You know, I've been doing essentially a cardio, an hour of cardio while on my morning meeting. So I take a meeting at 10:00 AM Eastern time every morning, Monday through Friday. And that cardio is something that's just become a habit 'cause I have a walking pad and I'm walking and a standing desk. So it's really cool, which helps me stay fit, right? Checking email, Slack, more financial. Reviewing Mondays and reviewing videos on Monday in Google Drive. That's something that because I have a social media agency still that I'm phasing out, I still take on clients for here and there, but I've kind of phased it out to take on more clients for the Wrap Ads offer. I still have videos I review. I still have ads I review. I still have videos from the team that I actually manage as a marketing manager. So that's more financial. EOD report for a job. I actually need to do this right now because we actually just rolled out EOD forms under my own supervision. So I need to practice what I preach. If I tell the team to fill out EODs, I need to fill out EODs. Checking team EOD reports. I need to do this as well for sure. 4 hours of time looms. This is something big. So one of my mentors told me, yo, if you're not— if you broke, get busy. Right? And if you're not broke, you know, you don't need to be busy. But if you're broke, you're busy. So what that basically means is like a lot of people, they don't have money and they act like things will just come to them. It's like, nah, like if you don't have the money for ads, bro, you should be outreaching and putting your product in as many people's faces as you possibly can. There's 2 different ways to do this. For B2B, I recommend if you aren't running ads, bro, you need to be outreaching like a motherfucker. Like you need to Do cold email, cold DMs, or cold calling? I'm more of a DM guy. DM and email, because writing is one of my core skill sets. So when it comes to email and when it comes to DM, I'm really good with that because I'm good at writing and I'm also good with video. So I do Loom videos whenever I send cold DMs, just so you guys know. Cold calling, I don't really like, to be honest. I don't consider my highest leverage skill set to be sales, and I don't enjoy the monotonous process Of just cold calling. I've done it before because I used to have a job at Angie's List. If you know, you know, bro. Leads, trash. Actually, it's really not the leads, it was more so the company. But let me not even trash Angie's List. I can say it right now because I'm well removed from the job and I'm not going back. But, um, definitely didn't enjoy cold calling. I'm gonna stick to cold DMs and cold email because it's not good, but it could be way worse. So that's going to be integral for me. Either 4 hours of Looms or ads execution, right? Or advertising. Let me say Looms or advertising. Facebook advertising, right? And then posting accountability on YouTube. So I'm actually gonna tick this off right here. Boom. I'm gonna tick this off because I'm doing this. Workout plus basketball. I actually took a break from the gym 'cause I've been feeling crazy this week. This morning I felt a little crazy 'cause I did basketball last night and I worked out yesterday morning and my calories were a bit lower than they usually are. And I did a podcast, was ripping, running around, walking places. So I woke up feeling crazy, but I definitely need to get back to it tomorrow with a little less intensity. But more consistency so I can make it up. Checking expenses and rev on Monarch. This is important for me. It's a financial app that I use. I pay for it for the year, it's like $150, but I essentially use this for revenue, expenses, and budgeting. So I need to do that today. Network track, need to do that today. That's in Monarch. I might actually remove this altogether, but I'm gonna replace this with something different. Track macros and training rides. Update habit tracker. FaceTime GF. Revival with GF. Water floss plus regular floss teeth. Also, oh yeah, regular floss plus brush teeth as well. That's big. So these are 30 habits to being able to make my first million dollars by the age of 23. In the next 15 months, this is all related to my self-improvement, right? I mean, you know, me flossing my teeth, brushing my teeth. Like sure, does it technically make me more money? No. Does it make me more fit? No. Does it, you know, help me with my faith? No. Does it make me more fulfilled? No. But I do when I'm hanging out with family, friends. I do want to have good hygiene, right? Reading my Bible, faith, FaceTime Gia, family. Updating the habit tracker. This is fulfillment. I get fulfilled knowing I'm self-improving. Tracking macros, fitness, this, this, finances, this, fitness, this, finances. This is gonna go— this is long money for me. This is big money. This is endgame. YouTube is endgame. I've been saying I was gonna start a YouTube channel literally for the last year and some change. I said, yo, I'm getting into YouTube, and I never did. But I'm literally putting myself out here. One video, and I'm just gonna upload this video, you know, after I'm done making it. Facebook advertising, finances, finances, finances, finances, finances, finances, finances. I mean fitness. This is fitness. Finances, finances, finances, faith. All all together. All of them above really. Fitness, fitness. All of the above. All of the above, right? Like yo, this is this is real. Like no area goes unimproved. There's not like this thing. But yeah, if you guys enjoy videos like this, seeing me hold myself accountable, I'm planning to, like I said, I'm planning to do this every day, you know, every day hold myself accountable, give you guys something to hold me accountable to. And hopefully I can inspire some of you guys to level up and, you know, get better and potentially think bigger, right? Like, I know for sure me hitting a million next year is possible, but most people don't even know it's possible. Like, when I say it out loud, they think— they're thinking like, oh, like, how is he gonna do it? Like, how is that possible? Like, you know, he's only made this much. Which, by the way, like, my highest year annually, like, revenue-wise, has been like $150,000. I could end the year a little bit higher than that this year, but I'm not even sure about this year. Like, this year has been like kind of spotty, you know? Um, it's been up and down. But next year it's like, all right, how can I 10x what I did in my best year? 10x rule. Grant Cardone, look him up if you don't know. I'm like, how can you 10x everything? And I gotta just 10x what I've been doing before so I can get to a level I haven't gotten before. So like I said, if you like this video, subscribe to the channel, especially if you're a music artist. I'm making videos like this to inspire other artists that you can make money with your art, you can turn your art into income. I'm literally being— I'm able to make $1,500 off 2 songs, $1,500 off 1 song, $3,000, $5,000 off 2 songs, one song. Like, this money I've charged clients that have 6, 7, 8, 9-figure businesses. If you want to know exactly how I'm doing this, subscribe to my channel. I'm going to be dropping a lot of sauce here in the long term, not right now since I am big into scaling my current offer, but eventually I will have an opportunity for you guys to learn from me and partner with me, um, to be able to take rapads.net to $10 million in 20 $25 million company, um, since I have a lot more goals just hitting $1 million in '23. So like I said, subscribe to the channel whether you're an artist or not if you want to just see me hit my goal, uh, $1 million in 15— in the next 15 months. And, um, I'll see you in the next video. Keep shining. Talk to you soon.
