How I Can Make $1M from a 9-5 in 2027

Carson Butler, a marketing manager at cashswipe.com, maps out earning $1 million in commissions between Christmas 2026 and 2027 before turning 24. He needs to close a $15,000 deal every day, six days a week, for a full year. He'll track webinar registrations, show rates, and conversion percentages to hit those numbers, plus add income from side projects like Rapass.net.

What's up, YouTube? So today, uh, it's around 9 AM in Texas, and, uh, I'm planning on how I'll make my first million dollars from my job, um, which is technically, you know, not even like a full-time job hours-wise. But, um, for people that don't know, I'm a marketing manager or a content team manager at, uh, cashswipe.com. Um, it's an info coaching company that helps people start a credit card processing business. And, um, yeah, I pretty much lead the content I'm, you know, the head, you could say, head honcho of that. And right now I'm just looking at my comp plan in terms of commissions, not counting my base pay. But I calculated that if I close, if I can contribute to the sales team closing a $15K deal every day, 6 days a week, not count Sundays, if I can contribute to a $15K deal 6 days a week for 52 weeks, I will make $1 million next year, including my base pay. And, you know, That really comforts me. Not— I won't say comforts me like it'll stagnate my growth because I'm gonna make a million no matter what. Rapass.net will do a million, this will do a million, or both will do a million. Um, but it just makes me confident that like, damn, like I can make a million in so many ways next year. Like, there's so many things I can do to, uh, hit my income goal. Um, because I know I'm going to hit it. I actually need to update this. I need to update this because technically it needs to be 52 weeks starting Christmas of 2026, because I'm going to do Christmas of 2026 to Christmas of 2027. That's going to be my year. I'm not counting my birthday because I'm looking to hit my first million in 12 months by 24, before I turn 24. So yeah, guys, I'm looking forward to seeing how this comes about. What I'm going to do now, now that I know exactly like what needs to happen. I'm going to— and this is accounting for no base pay increases. My base pay will probably increase, keep it a buck, if I do this, if I contribute to this much cash collected for like 3 months straight, you know. But assuming it doesn't increase at all, this is what I can, you know, expect in terms of my income. But what I'm gonna do, guys, also I'm going to give a realistic estimate of like, okay, cool, how much would I need to— how many webinar registrants would I need to contribute to per month for this to be possible? Based off the average close rate, based off the average show rate. And yeah, like, how— what would be the views to webinar registrants ratio that I could expect? So, you know, we'll do that math later.
