Yo, what's up YouTube? In this video, I'm making a commitment to myself that on September 24th, 2026, this is day 1 towards becoming someone that never bites their nails ever again. Notice I said becoming someone that never bites their nails ever again, right? Um, you know, one thing I, I've gotten a lot more aligned with is my faith, right? And you know, the Bible says all sinners fall short of the glory of God, but guess what? I am becoming someone that will I will not sin as often as I do now. I'm becoming someone that will not bite their nails ever again. If I slip, if I fall, if I fail, you know, I'm gonna take that for what it is. But I am on the road to, you know, becoming someone that will not bite their nails ever again. Now, the way that I am committed to doing this, number one is going to be getting some vitamin E oil. The benefits of vitamin E oil that I found is that it moisturizes the skin, it hydrates the skin, it makes the skin, it brightens the skin, around your nails. And for me, I love seeing bright skin. I love having soft skin, and I don't want the fact that I'm biting my skin to be the reason why that stops, right? So that's number one. Number 2, I'm going to get a curved nail clipper. What a curved nail clipper is essentially, um, I'm actually gonna stop. I'm actually gonna stop this and show you guys. So what a curved nail clipper is, is basically something that keeps the curves around your nails, right? So as you guys can see, number one, my nails look terrible, right? If you're looking like the sides. But, um, our nails have a, have a curvature type of shape to them. Um, and what nail clippers, traditional nail clippers do is they basically make your nails go from circles, almost like, um, half circles to like rectangles, right? And it looks really weird. So you have to like keep cutting it till I get the perfect shape and it just doesn't look right. Um, I've actually found the, the negative consequences of that is that it causes your nails to grow in an improper shape over time if you continue to bite your— if you continue to cut your nails in that manner. So I'm gonna be buying a curved nail clipper as a result of that. I'm actually buying 2 so that I can have a nail clipper in my bag so that whenever I'm working, I can just reach in my bag, grab the nail clipper, clip my nails whenever I need to. And then also I'm gonna keep one inside of my travel bag, which whenever I'm traveling, I'm actually traveling right now, that's why I'm in the hotel. Whenever I'm traveling, I can have that in my travel bag, my toiletry bag as well. So that's number 2. Number 3, I did some research into somebody that stopped biting their nails and they said they used this one nail nail growth polish. It's clear, by the way. Rejuvacote One Nail Growth System. So this is something that is $22 for about, for less than an ounce, a fluid ounce. So not more pricey than traditional nail polish. But the benefits of this is that it's actually, you know, a brand built around, you know, built for people that have damaged nails. As you guys can see, I mean, I'm just gonna be real with you, bro. My nails are absolutely— What's up, bro? Fried. Um, you know, this is the side. This is— I mean, bro, like absolutely fried, bro. You guys can see the sides, bro. My nails are fried. So, um, this is basically a brand that stands behind, you know, taking people from dying nails to nails to die for, which I love that. I feel like you could— yo, if y'all don't have that trademarked, I might— we might have to talk business because, hey, you know, at rapads.net, we make ads that— we turn dying ads into ads to die for. You get what I'm saying? But I'm not here to throw a shameless plug towards, you know, my offer. By the way, if you are a business owner and you spend at least $1,000 a day and up and you want high-performing video ads that you don't have to film, script, or edit yourself, click the link below. I might leave a link to work with me in the description. But that's neither here nor there, right? This this page is not meant for my ideal client. This page is actually meant for you know my ideal friend and my my ideal peer that I want to connect with. And then number two, number four, we nail buffers. So nail buffers or nail files basically these little things right here. I never knew what these were called, but basically these things right here that like you scrub your nails like it's weird. But these are pretty cool. Like these are pretty dope. Basically you can order these from Amazon. It's like four. bucks for like 10. And it really helps your nails because, um, you know, you can use it and, um, get— you make your nails really smooth as a result. Um, so these are some, just some of the things I'm buying. Um, I'm also gonna look into some things that can make my nails clean because like personally me, I don't really like hand sanitizer. Um, what I might try to find is like hand sanitizer that doesn't like taste, like no taste hand sanitizer. Only reason why I say that is 'cause I wanna start using it more. And I don't want the hand sanitizer to where like, you know, let's say I go and I eat like a burger or I eat like some chicken tenders or chicken wings, like, you know, when you taste the hand sanitizer. So I'm gonna look for something like that as well and find something that like doesn't taste like absolute trash whenever I use it. So I'm gonna look into that. But yeah, these are some things that I'm buying, you know, to help me with this. Also some things I'm making, obviously, is this video. I know that just buying things doesn't necessarily get you closer to the desired outcome, but I am doing this to essentially make my life easier and, you know, use this as a way to make it a lot easier, make it a lot more convenient for me to stop this habit that I've had for 22 years. And I kind of stopped it at 20, but then got back into the habit 2 years after. Let me know in the comments. I mean, you guys can drop your, drop your bad habits below. I mean, we can be real. Um, you know, I'm not perfect. I know not everybody on this page, not everybody on this channel is perfect. Um, as many good habits as I've built, right, when it comes to working out consistently, doing cardio consistently, doing my skin, hair, um, doing my, my teeth flossing, mouth washing— like, a lot of these are habits, bro, I literally built within the last 12 for 13 months. Um, I haven't had a lot of these habits, lowkey. The only habit I had was just work consistently. Working out, it's been relatively a habit for some time, but everything else— I mean, even like, you know, doing my affirmations daily, gratitude daily, journaling, like waking up, you know, like at a certain time— like it's— I'm, I'm building these habits or rebuilding these habits. So, um, drop below any bad habits that you're looking to stop going into 2026— I mean, 2027. Yo, we got pretty much like 12 weeks left in the year, I believe. 12 to 13, 14 weeks. We almost got, you know, uh, we're almost like in October where we have only 3 months left in the year. So, you know, instead of thinking, oh, like I need to wait till 2027, why not build up the habits right now to where you have 3 months to knock in a habit so that by 2027 you already have a habit that is automated and, you know, automatic for yourself. So, um, drop your bad habits below. I'm looking to stop this. This is my commitment to myself, to you guys. You guys can hold me accountable if I ever mess up, or if you see me in my videos with bad-looking nails. Uh, and yeah, looking forward to self-improving and getting to the next level. Keep shining. Carson out.
