Chapters
The very thing that we're afraid of or the very feeling that we're trying to avoid, is the very feeling we're creating by trying to avoid it. If I'm avoiding the fear by not doing it, I'm just creating more fear about doing the thing. Yes. So it's like really dropping into your body of, okay, if this were to happen, this worst case scenario, and really feeling the fear of it. Okay, where is it most activated? You're already doing the work. So when you're actually going to do the thing, it's neutralized and you're able to move forward. And then it becomes less thinking, more doing.
