The Akashic Records are a metaphysical archive holding every experience of your soul across all incarnations, existing simultaneously outside linear time. The speaker describes accessing them as entering a quantum library where she reviews her soul's data and encounters spirit guides and other beings in this field of subtle intelligence.
The Akashic records, the way that it's explained is really just the records of your soul. So, essentially, if you thought about there being a library of everything that's ever happened to your soul from its inception all the way into the future. Because essentially, the belief is that time isn't linear in your Akashic records. It's quantum. So it's like everything all at once. So, yeah, it's really just everything that is vibrationally happened into your soul. But I also find that the Akashic records is just energetically this open expanse of subtle intelligence. So the way that I work with the Akashic records is, yes, I can go in there and I can kind of look around and access and connect in with the data of my soul. But often when I'm in there, I'm connecting with other beings or other spirits or helper beings.
