In this monologue, the speaker provides a candid business status update, outlining both successes and challenges. She celebrates that her content is resonating, client satisfaction is high, and the business is experiencing steady growth and momentum. Conversely, she highlights unsustainable 12‑hour workdays, excessive time spent on real work, and volatile Facebook ad performance that resulted in multiple no‑show calls despite booked appointments. To address these issues, she plans to hire a part‑time junior assistant, seek help optimizing Facebook ads, and start a 21‑hour‑per‑week contract role that will cover her $5‑$6 k monthly personal and business expenses while the business currently generates $8‑$10 k in revenue. She expresses pride in having clarified her offerings and structure and aims to make the operation more sophisticated, streamlined, and consistent. The video ends with a call to viewers to reflect on their own working situations.

I want to talk about what's working and what's not working in my business now. What is working? Content is hitting the mark. I'm consistently growing, which is awesome. Love you guys. My clients are really happy and the collective is growing. It's gaining momentum. Really good shit happening there that I'm really happy about. What's not working is that I am definitely working too much at the moment. Too many hours in my day. My hours, my days are like 12-hour days at the moment, which is just not sustainable. I'm tracking where my time is going and it's all going into real work. I'm not fucking around, but it's too much. Facebook ads are kind of up and down. I have had a few clients come through from that, which is great, but I had 5 calls booked through Facebook ads today and they all were no-shows. So that's really fucking annoying. Definitely need more help, but funds are limited to who I can hire and what I can get them to do. So what am I going to do about it? Keep doing what I'm doing on the things that are working. Look at the data and rinse and repeat. I am going to be bringing in someone part-time and junior that I can afford to help me out. I'm going to be getting help on my Facebook ads to see what I can be doing differently to get less of those call drop-offs and get more qualified leads. I'm starting a part-time contract role next week, which is only 21 hours a week, and it's going to be covering my expenses. My expenses are high at the moment because I'm paying off a tax bill. They're about $5,000 to $6,000 per month, both personal and business. That part-time job will cover those expenses while my business is doing about $8,000 to $10,000 revenue per month. I'm really proud of how I've got my business to a space where it's really clear as to what my offerings are, what I'm doing, and the structure. Now I just need to keep working on making it more sophisticated, more streamlined, and more consistent. What do you need to do right now? What's working for you right now? What's not working? And what are you going to do about it?
