Construction disputes are like a car crash. So imagine you're driving along in your car and you stopped at the traffic lights and someone comes into the back of you. And so you get out of the car and you talk to each other and you say, "Hey," you know, he goes, "Hey, that was completely my fault." And you're like, "Okay, great, it's his fault, fantastic," right? So even when it's his fault, you're still at a loss. So your car is undrivable, you've got to go and it's out of action, you've got to get a rental car, your insurance premium's going to go up, all of those things, you're still at a loss because you've gotten into a car crash. Construction disputes are very same thing. If you actually get into a construction dispute, even if you're correct, it's still a race to see who loses the least amount of money. If you can avoid the dispute entirely, you're going to be far better off financially.
