Ep. 26: How to Go All In on Your Business (Even When You Feel Stuck)

I love doing solo episodes, honestly, because I mean, my ultimate dream is to just have all of my followers and all of my clients and all of you listening over to my house. And I just wanna like share and talk to you and transmit everything that's moving through me because sometimes it just feels like so much and I'm like, ah, I just like, I don't have the, the spaces that I want to really just tell you everything that's on my heart. And that's why this podcast is such a gift for me and I hope it feels like a gift for you. So, So today what I want to talk about is something that I hear all the time, which is how to go all in on your business even when you feel stuck. And I know that this is something that so many of you are feeling, this back and forth energy of, you know, like being in one minute and then completely frozen the next, feeling like it's working for a week and then one thing throws you off and suddenly you're spiraling. Questioning if this is even meant for you, feeling frozen, and just like you just wanna stay in bed all day, okay? So if that's you, I want you to take a deep breath because we are about to shift this pattern today. So first I wanna talk about why you feel stuck and how to break the cycle. And I think the best way to actually do this is to normalize the fact that sometimes in your business, oftentimes you will be feeling stuck. Okay, and I need you to hear me on this. You are not alone. After almost a decade coaching thousands and thousands of women, every entrepreneur, every creator, every leader has at some point felt stuck. And the only difference between those who succeed and those who stay stuck is that they don't let the resistance stop them. So here's the thing, you don't actually need more motivation. You don't need more proof. You just need a new way of moving through the resistance so it doesn't knock you out of the game every time. You feel me on that? So let's break this down into 3 parts. So first, let's talk about the basics. I just wanna like go ahead and get outta the way the things that you're stressing about. And then I'm gonna talk about the more quantum feminine energetics, which is actually like what we need to talk about. But the things that your mind fixates on, like I know you're staying awake at night thinking about Oh my God, your website. Oh my God, what about taxes? What type of business do I set up? Like, do I need insurance? I talk to you guys all day, every day. I know all the thoughts that you're thinking and I love you. So if you are constantly stopping and starting, or, or you've just never felt for a solid 6 to 12 months that you're all in on your business, let's go back to the foundations because the reason that you feel like you're starting over every time is cuz you're not actually anchored into something solid in your business. And it drives me crazy when I see people focusing on like some of those things I just mentioned, like your fancy website or like gorgeous Canva graphics, or what should my logo be? This is, this is what you should be focusing on. Okay? After almost 10 years in the business, I don't even know how many millions my clients have made. I've lost track. Like it comes down to these 3 things. Okay? Are you anchored in your mission? Why are you doing this? Does it feel bigger than you? Like when you really tap into the current of your business, does it literally make you want to scream in just absolute grandness and excitement and oh my God, I have to do this? When you get clear on why you're showing up, you'll stop questioning if you even should. So a lot of you just aren't anchored in the center of your aliveness, and that's one of the things that I do inside the Dream Accelerator, so. Yeah. DM me if you wanna talk about that. So that's number one. You need to be anchored in your 10X mission. And that's another thing I see so often is that, you know, you wanna be a business coach, okay? You wanna help women start their first business and create financial freedom, and yet you're marketing your mission as a career coach that helps women find jobs they love. You feel the difference in that? Yeah. If you're not anchored in your 10X mission, everything else I'm about to say is just not gonna really land. So again, this is like the core thing of what we do inside the Dream Accelerator, cuz once I can get you tapped into that center of aliveness in your 10X mission, everything else just kind of flows because your business is bigger than you, right? Like your business is actually nothing more than just a playground for magic to be born. And when you can start operating from that level of energy, like everything shifts. Okay. Now the second thing is you need to get clear on your product, your core product. You don't need 10 offers. You don't need 55 types of one-off sessions. You don't need, you know, a 3-month, a 4-month, a 5-month, a 6-month one-on-one package. You don't need a membership. You need one core thing. That you fully believe in that's so specific and that excites you to sell and serve. The third thing is you need to know how to message and sell. And if you're not making money, it's not because your idea isn't good, it's because people don't understand what you're offering and why they need it now. So you don't actually need a new offer, you just need to learn how to talk about what you already have in a way that makes people say, yes, I want the link, I'm in, I'll pay in full. Yes. So I'm starting with these very logistic head-based things because I just wanna be really clear, like when you have these things, everything else is just so much easier. So when you have these 3 things locked in, you have a foundation that doesn't shake you every time something unexpected happens. Every time, you know, a client says, I'm not ready right now, or my husband said no, which I need to do a whole episode on that. I can't even talk about it. I'll do an episode on that. I'm gonna, I'm gonna keep going. When you have a foundation that doesn't shake you every time something unexpected happens, such as, oh my God, my Instagram isn't getting any traction, or I, I don't have anyone on my email list, I gotta know the workshop canceled, et cetera, et cetera. You just go back to your foundations, you go back to your three pillars. That's it. You're good. So that's the first thing is like, those are really the only the 3 things that you need. And this is what I teach you in the Dream Accelerator. So again, DM me for that. Now let's actually get into it here because all that stuff, I mean, I, I can do that in my sleep with you. Honestly, that stuff, like give me, give me a human and I will help them create those 3 things in a matter of 1 session with me probably. But here's the real, work here. And this is where we get into the quantum, quantum physics and feminine energetics. Once you have the basics, the next step is you have to stop overthinking and start embodying. And this is where the energy of be, do, have comes into play. I want you creating those things from the energy of the woman who already has what you desire. Who am I when I already have my dream business? How would I show up if my inbox was full of DMs from dream clients? How would I feel if I knew my success was inevitable? How would I order my oat milk latte if I knew that today was gonna be a $30K day? I need you to show up in that energy now. I need you to be it, and then I need you to take action from that place, and then you will have it. And the number one thing that's happening is that you're overthinking. And this is where people get stuck. You're overthinking, and that— the overthinking is creating resistance. And resistance will always tell you, let me wait until I feel ready, let me wait until I have more money, let me wait until I have more clarity. Resistance's BFF is time, wasting time. But resistance Just means one thing, you guys. It just means to keep going. So instead of waiting and allowing yourself to be stuck— stuckness is a choice— what if you shifted into less thought, more action? The longer that I sit, the more stuck I'll feel. So I choose to move as the woman who already has the business, who already has the $20,000-$30,000 months, who already has the Chanel bag I've been obsessing over, who already has the first-class tickets to Europe booked. Less thought, more action, more being. You don't need certainty, you need courage. Every, every successful person you admire, myself certainly included, they moved before they felt ready. I was so scared every step of my business in years 1 through 3. Truly, honestly, I was like, oh my God, I am scared to post on Instagram. My first Instagram post about my business, I literally think that it took me a week to post. I was like, oh, I'm not gonna post on Friday 'cause no one will see it. And then Monday rolled around, oh, everyone's working today, so I'm not gonna post today. I'll post tomorrow. That was just resistance telling me to spin my wheels so that I didn't get hurt. Resistance was just trying to protect me. Yeah. But the truth is, be, do, have. The fastest way through clarity is through action while being the version of you that already has what you desire. You have to move first and then the clarity will follow. And I really hope that this is landing for you guys because when you step into that version of you now and you realize that there's actually no separation between the version of you now like in, you know, today, whatever day you're listening to this, and the version of you 4 years from now who actually has everything she's ever wanted that she's dreaming about, you start collapsing time because the only difference is the energy that you're showing up with in the world and the actions that you take daily. Now the third piece here that I just have to mention because it, it's been the number one game changer for me is if you really wanna make these shifts I'm talking about, the fastest way to do it is to get into a room of people who are already there. I just learned about this concept called spontaneous synchronization. And maybe you guys have like seen this, I don't know, in cartoons or whatever. But if you put multiple pendulum clocks, you know, like grandfather type clocks in a room, over time, they all sync to the pendulum that's moving the fastest and moving at the highest vibration. Wow. The same thing, like humans are the exact same. The same thing happens. Heartbeats sync. When you put babies in a nursery, their heartbeats start to sync. This is proven. Have you ever been like on a girls trip or a retreat or something and everyone starts getting their periods early and late? Yeah. So this is why mentorship and masterminds and coaches are so powerful. And, and honestly, like nothing will move you forward faster because when you surround yourself with people who are playing at a higher level, your, your frequency, your actions, your vibe, your energy will rise naturally to meet them. It's just a fact. And this is honestly why I've never gone a day in my business without being in some type of mastermind, mentorship, or coaching container. Not one day. Because I know myself and I know that I need a lot of support. I need serious accountability because I will talk myself out of it. And I also know that if there's a room of women who are playing at a higher level for me, you better believe I'm gonna get to their level. Give me a month. Nothing challenges me more than seeing women playing at a higher level and being like, I'm gonna get to where she's at. I calibrate to the highest vibration in the room, and you do too. The problem is, is that a lot of you just aren't in the highest vibration rooms yet. A lot of you are, are working in silo with your— you, you have this big idea, this big vision, and the people around you simply are not doing that as well. And that's why you have to get into containers where you're skin in the game investing. I've invested well over $100K in my business and every single time it's come back to me tenfold. I calculated annually, I've had over a 30% return on my investments. Because calibrating to someone's energy who already has what you have will shift you 10x faster than any amount of effort alone. So when we talk about getting stuck, just to recap before I close out here, first we're, we're normalizing that this is just part of the game, and then we're breaking it down into the basics. Stop stressing about like YouTube and should I go on Fiverr, Upwork, and like, do I need an ad team? No, you need to anchor in your 10X mission. You need to get one core product that you love and are obsessed with. And then you need to learn how to message and sell like a freaking master. And then you have to move into the feminine energetic realm, which is be, do, have. You have to become the woman who already has the 6, 7, 8-figure business, and then you have to do, take actions as her so that you can have the thing that you want. Mm-hmm. And then 3, you need to get in the right room. You need to step into a room where spontaneous synchronization can happen for you and with you. Calibrating to someone's energy who already has what you want will shift you 10x faster than any amount of, ugh, effort alone. When you're all in, you know what is exhausting and what will burn you out faster than anything is being half in, half out. That's the truth. When you're all in, like a life force and an energetic frequency will take over and life will start moving with you. And so your business is actually moving you versus you trying to pull your business forward. Opportunities come faster, clients show up, money flows. The only thing standing in your way is actually the hesitation. So if you can drop the doubt, take the step, become the woman who already has it, and go all in, give yourself permission to go all in.
