Here's the truth that I can tell you after 10 years, $10 million in client sales, 1,000+ clients served. Business was never meant to feel as complicated or as heavy as it does right now. Do a little body scan, head to toe, breathing into your nose and out through your mouth, and just letting things feel as simple as that for right now. Women are extremely good at solving complicated problems. We have to be. If you're anything like me, the moment there's an indicator that things might go a certain way, I have literally already thought of the 15 steps I'm gonna take to either course correct, fix. create an alternative, you name it, I am 22 steps ahead. My brain can solve problems like you wouldn't believe, and I bet that yours does the exact same thing. And that's because we are the glue in our homes and our families, in our friendships, our communities. We're coordinating who's making dinner, who's doing pickup, client calls, podcast recordings. Taxes, doctor's appointments, getting our steps in. Like we are just constantly having to solve complicated problems. We know how to do that really, really well. But this is the part that I need you to hear. Your business was never supposed to be one of those complicated problems. It was not designed to drain you. It wasn't designed to run your life. It wasn't designed to require 12 offers, daily content, dancing reels that make you cringe, constant stress, and here's the thing that I think a lot of you have been told and it's just not true. You've been taught that a version of your business had to be built on complexity. It had to be built on gimmicks. It had to be built on automations. It had to be built on robots. And so you're probably sitting here, maybe you're in your car or walking or cooking dinner thinking, how is it still so hard? I've worked so hard. I've invested so much. I've hired the coaches. I've tried all the things. Why do I feel like I'm still missing something? Why am I still not at the consistent $10K, $20K, $30K, whatever your income goal is? And I'm gonna break it down for you because I've coached over 1,000 women at this point through this exact moment. You're not confused because you're not smart or you're not capable. You know that you're incredible at what you do. Your revenue or your actions are not inconsistent because you lack discipline. Because I know you and you're probably a lot like me. When I want something, I freaking get to work. But when it feels confusing, I'm on the couch binge watching 90 Day Fiancé and doom scrolling. You're not overwhelmed because you're not meant to be successful or you're not meant to hold all of this. You've just been asked to do way too much and to do it in a way that actually doesn't make sense. And I see women come into my world doing all sorts of stuff they don't need to be doing. Crazy content calendars, posting 7 days a week, the dancing reels. I dance from time to time, but if I want to, not because I think it's going to get me likes. Creating so many offers, multiple masterclasses, 3 different one-on-ones, paying $3K a month in ads, having 2 different membership tiers. And And you're waking up realizing you're doing all of that and you have all of that and you still don't have the business you want. And it's not your fault. It is the strategy that you've been sold. It's the noise that you've absorbed. It's the pressure that you've internalized. It's the constant belief that more is the answer. More content, more offers, more platforms, more programs, more everything. And— Most coaches won't tell you this because they wanna sell you, but I will. The more complicated your business gets, the harder it becomes to scale. Most of you, you're in the $10K to $50K revenue range. Your business should be so simple. It really, really should be. You deserve better than this, and you deserve a business that feels good and life-giving and not draining, and that brings in real consistent income and creates real impact. And honestly, TL;DR, a business that you actually love, that you wake up in the morning and it's your bestie. You can't wait to hang out with your business. And you might be like, yeah, right, Claire, that doesn't exist. Well, it does because my clients and I feel like that. And here's the good news. You don't need 100 things to fix this. You don't need to burn it all down. You don't need to start over. Please don't start over. Don't start a new Instagram account. You don't need to join some crazy membership.
