14 Jul 2025 · 50 min
In this episode of the Prosperous Woman Podcast, host Claire Sellers interviews Kristin Avagliano, founder of Create My Weight (CMW). Kristin shares her lifelong struggle with body image, the development of her “food freedom” philosophy, and the four‑pillar framework that underpins her coaching—nutrition, fitness, mindset, and accountability. She explains how she moved from in‑person, high‑volume one‑on‑one coaching to the scalable Lifestyle Accelerator (TLA) group program, preserving intimacy through weekly Zoom calls, a Telegram community, and high‑touch support. The conversation also covers her partnership with Claire’s Opulence coaching, the “Party Method” launch system, and how aligning business offers with core values of freedom and simplicity has driven referral‑heavy growth. Kristin reveals her personal life changes, work‑life balance lessons, and future plans to launch a broader life‑mastery program that goes beyond health. Throughout, she emphasizes protecting energy, choosing easy, and creating a movement rather than a traditional product launch.

Thank you for having me. I'm so excited to be here.
Yay. I'm so excited too. So tell us a little bit about, like, just who you are. Tell us about Create My Weight. Kind of like give us the, give us the backstory and then we'll, we'll dive into your story fully.
Yeah, I was actually telling this in my challenge group yesterday. So I am somebody that I struggled with my weight and my body image for most of my childhood, into college, into my— a little bit of my post-college life. Like, I was just never really happy with my body. When I was younger, I had a more muscular build, but I was also, like, a little overweight. And so I got involved with sports like soccer and gymnastics and softball and I ended up doing track and field. And I did these things, you know, one, to, like, obviously make friends and because my parents made me, but two, like, I really wanted exercise to help me. You know, I got into running because I wanted skinnier legs. I would do extra workouts outside of soccer because I wanted to be skinny like all my friends, right? But, like, deep down, I was overeating sweets. I was, like, sneaking snacks. And I was just unhappy with my body. And on the outside, people probably just looked at me as, like, a muscular girl, or I wasn't overweight by means, but to myself, I was unhappy. And then I went to college and I got really skinny because I was working out all the time and getting 25,000 steps on the Penn State campus. I was working out twice a day. It was nuts. But then I was binge eating on sweets and all the things, and I just had this terrible relationship with food. But on the outside, no one knew that, right? But it was an internal battle. And so I decided after college, and I put this weight on and went on these fad diets and cut all my carbs and would eat chicken and broccoli for days on end and egg whites, and I wouldn't cook anything for myself. I was just like, "I need a better way." And I truly wanted to live a life of food freedom. I didn't want to be afraid to eat certain foods. I knew I wanted to exercise and make that part of my life, but not stress about it and just simplify my life when it came to nutrition and fitness. And I knew a lot of people in my world struggled with this. And so that's the foundation of Create My Weight, which I started in about 2018. And even prior to that, I was working as a high school teacher. I actually went to Penn State for education, got my master's. in curriculum instruction, and I was working in the high school setting. I was coaching track and field. I was teaching English, but I also taught phys ed for a few years. So I taught high schoolers about weight training, about nutrition, and I was really, really blessed to be in that field. But I ultimately knew I wanted to work with adults, and I wanted to, you know, help them with their healthy habits because so many adults were telling me they wanted to inspire their kids.
Mm-hmm.
To eat healthier and get them into healthier habits. But my clients don't want a strict diet. They want to be able to travel and live their life. And so when I left education and I had this online business, which we all know is Create My Weight Now, and I love to travel, I travel quite a bit. I actually live between Florida and Colorado right now. My partner, Scott, and I love to enjoy wine together. We like to eat out. We eat all the things. My favorite foods are pizza, and bread with olive oil. So I knew I didn't want to ever live a diet or have a diet, rather, where I was so strict, right? And so that is where the food freedom philosophy came from. How can I still eat the foods I love in a way that supports my goals and keeps me fit and healthy and I can wear my clothes and feel confident, not like, oh my God, I need to lose 10 more pounds and I've got to— squeezed into my jeans. Like, that was my goal and my vision, and that's how CMW was born.
I love that. And I know that everyone listening is like, yes, I want to do pizza and bread and olive oil and wine too, but like, how is that possible? And I should actually mention we were connected through a mutual friend, and I was a client of yours like 3 years ago. And, you know, I always found myself on kind of like the the weight loss, weight gain roller coaster. And I was attracted to you because of your story and your lifestyle. Like, we both love to travel. And I said, like, how is she— like, how does she teach this in a way that you can still travel and eat what you want and not feel deprived? Because all I had ever known was, like, feeling like I was on a restrictive, like, militant food and fitness regime. And so I actually met you because I was your client first, which has been such a blessing and now being your coach because I really understand what you're doing firsthand because I saw such incredible results from working with you and you really helped me learn how to embody food and fitness freedom. And it's like been such an incredible gift to me. So that's how we actually met. I feel like that's, that's important to share. So tell, tell me about like you came, you just kind of came into my world after we had worked together because over— you start— your business kind of blew up during COVID if I remember correctly. So like, tell me about like what happened because you've had the business for how many years now? Like, what, 6, 8?
7 years. Yeah, about 7 years. And yeah, so I would definitely say like I had my business prior to COVID. I was working With people like in person. I was actually living in Northern Virginia at the time, outside DC, and then I moved back and I had clients in person and then I moved back to Florida and I was like, but I have this great client base in Virginia. And also like the people that were in Virginia, people in Florida, they were like, oh my God, like, can you help my aunt? She lives in Texas or my daughter's in New York. And so I was like, I need a business that I can help people anywhere. So I started doing that actually before COVID But then yeah, once COVID hit, you know, like the gyms closed and like I was someone that like loved, you know, teaching fitness. And so I took my classes online and like they blew up and I'm still doing them 5 years later, which is crazy. But I love it. And I just, I was like, I need to serve people from anywhere in the country. I really didn't want to be limited to in person, which was, you know, lucrative and money wasn't the issue. It's just I wanted my time freedom. Like I wanted to be able to still travel and make my own schedule and not be tied down to the appointments model in business. And so, yeah, I took my business online in 2019, and then that's when coaching really kind of took off.
Yeah. And what I love— and this is the case for most of my clients— but what I love is that you're like a living testimony of your process. You know, so what were like the pillars that you built the business on?
Yeah. So the first one, of course, is nutrition. You know, everyone knows that if we want to like feel healthy, be healthy, look fit, all these things, it's what we're eating, right? So the number one pillar is nutrition. And of course, like the whole food freedom philosophy, how can I like eat the foods I love in a way that supports my goals without like counting calories and counting macros and weighing everything we're eating. Like, who's doing that if we're traveling and going out on dates, going to restaurants?
We're not doing that.
Yeah, it's brutal. I've been there. And I actually, when I worked at a gym in Delray Beach, Florida, where I lived, I worked with a lot of bikini competitors. And not that I was coaching— I was coaching them on the fitness side, not the nutrition side. But I knew nutrition-wise, they were counting every macro. They were not eating anything bad for 4 or 5 months. And I was like, I I never want to be that person. I want to look like that, but not be that way.
Totally.
Yeah. So that's when, again, CMW was born. So number 1 is nutrition. Number 2 is fitness, right? So I love strength training. I have a cardio background. I was a competitive runner, so I still like to run here and there. But I also know that not everyone likes my style of workout, so they don't want to run. I will literally have people get on calls with me and say, please don't make me run. I hate cardio. Like, "I'm not doing it." I'm like, "Okay, cool, like whatever, we don't have to." So, you know, the second pillar is fitness. Like, how can we get consistent with fitness? So how do we actually like want to work out and like get it into our schedule, make time for it, but also enjoy it, right? Because if we really try to have a fitness routine we don't enjoy, it's never gonna go anywhere, right? So fitness is number 2. Number 3 is the mindset piece. And this is my favorite. And this is what I really, this is what I think I shouldn't say I think, I know makes CMW special is that we really kind of dig, take a deeper look at like, well, why am I not consistent? Like, you know, even though I can tell anybody about nutrition and food freedom and work out this way, like, how are we going to actually do it day in and day out so it becomes a healthy lifestyle and we're not self-sabotaging, we're not falling into the all-or-nothing mentality, we're not falling off the wagon and saying, "What's the point?" Yeah. Or I'm on vacation, I'm gonna blow it for a month and then I'm gonna come back and then stay off the wagon for 3 more months. Like, how do we build that consistency and that discipline so that this is truly a lifestyle? And that's actually what I'm doing a lot in my challenge right now. And then number 4 is the accountability and the support, right? So it's like, well, how do I like— it's great to have Kristen to hold me accountable and Kristen's support, but how do I hold myself accountable one day? Like, that's why, Claire, like, you're so successful and like, you know what to do and like, you are your accountability partner. And that's what I admire about you, you know. So those are my 4 pillars.
I— okay, I love this. And it's just, it's so amazing that I've been through your program, both of your— I've done one-on-one and I've done your, your Lifestyle Accelerator group, which you scaled in Opulence, which we're going to talk about. But before we get into like the business side, I just want to talk about like, The power of your 4 pillars, and that's why I wanted you to kind of go through them, is, you know, it really is a lifestyle. It's a way of being. It's a lifestyle program. You know, like, I think what you taught me was, like, now I religiously do 12,000 steps a day. It's just like part of my life. I'm not— I'm not as— I can't— I still haven't gotten to 25,000 like you. Sometimes I see your step counts and I'm like, that must have taken her like 2 hours. But like, you know, I think that one of the things that you do so well is you're rooted in the mindset. So you start actually wanting to do the things that get you the result you want.
Yeah.
And I think that that's why your clients— I mean, we'll link your Instagram. Like, your client results are insane. And it's not because these people are, you know, in the gym 3 hours and weighing their rice, you know, it's like, like, that's not what's happening in your world because you've really cracked the code on how to, how to teach food and fitness in a way that it's like embodied in your lifestyle so that it feels easy and rooted in freedom. And I just think that that's something that is really like your it factor and makes you so unique. And, and you're also the living embodiment of it, you know, which is one of the things that we really focus on in Opulence is like, how can we hone in on your unique identity, what makes you unique. It's food fitness, or it's food freedom, it's fitness freedom, it's lifestyle freedom. It's all the freedom. And like, and then building your offers around that so that people can see the link between like who you are and how you help them just from you being you. And this is what I think really like escalates the sales and marketing process because you're not trying to convince anyone, you're just showing them. And then they're like, I want, I I want that. I'll have what she's having.
Yeah.
So how do you think that you help people kind of flip the mindset piece when it comes to fitness and nutrition? Because some of your clients, they are— the Lifestyle Accelerator, which is Kristen's group, is really geared for people that are trying to lose like 10-ish pounds. But You also work with people who are needing to lose a significant amount of weight. So how do you approach the mindset piece? Because I think you do this so well.
Yeah. Well, the ultimate goal is to go from "I have to" to "I want to," right? Because to truly live a life of freedom, it has to come from choice, right? So I don't want people thinking, "Oh, well, Kristen says I have to walk X amount of steps a day," or, "I have to eat these foods. I have to follow..." her meal plan, because you and I both know, Claire, like, I don't dish out meal plans. Like, that's not how I operate because there's nothing rooted in freedom in a meal plan, right? So instead, I teach structure for nutrition and like, okay, what are some go-to breakfasts, go-to lunches, go-to dinners that are going to make my life easy? But how can I bring some variety into my life? And how do I know— how do I feel confident enough to make the right choices, right? So In terms of the mindset piece, I truly want people to feel like they're always coming from choice. So actually, for example, this is week 9 of my TLA program, and this actually— we've been talking a lot about longevity. And so I have about a handful of us this week doing a fast. Like, I'm doing a fast today. I have 4 people fasting with me, but I would never require that in any program of mine because, like, that is not my M.O., right? Like, I'm not gonna force anything. But, like, we know the longevity factor is it can assist with the weight loss. It can get rid of the cravings and all these things. But I want people to have the "I get to" and "I want to" and "I love this process" mindset versus, "Oh my God, I'm on a diet. I have to walk. I have to work out. I've got to drink a ton of water. I've got to eat all the chicken," which I actually had a client, I told her to stop eating chicken because she was plateauing and she lost 3 pounds when she gave up chicken. So like—
Wow.
I'm the queen of helping people break plateaus. Like, that's my— favorite thing to do.
Oh my gosh, everyone's gonna be like, I'm hiring you.
Well, that's just like what worked for Cindy. But like, again, different. I always say, in CMW, we love cookies, but nothing we do is cookie cutter. Like, every— and I love cookies. I'm like the Cookie Monster. But everyone I work with is different. And I think that's the mindset that I also want people to have is like, I'm unique. How I eat works for me. I don't have to eat like Kristen eats. I don't have to eat how Claire Sellers eats or whoever. Like, this is my process and I love it, and this is who I am. That's the mindset that we work for.
I love what you said. Like, it's the shift from, like, I have to to I get to. Is that what you said?
Yeah. And I want to.
I want to.
The desire.
And I think that that I think we work so well together because it's similar in business, you know, like—
Oh yeah.
I, I would never give someone like a 30-day content plan and be like, go post this. Like, I just would never do that, you know. And I would never be like, here's, you know, I, I have a specific launch strategy, but you build it around you and your life and, you know, your words and your message and your mission. Like, I think both of us have felt what it feels like to be kind of put in a box and to be told, like, you have to do it this way. And I think both of our top values are really freedom.
Yeah.
And I think that we've done a really good job with your business of helping you root it more in freedom so that you can travel and you can do all the things you want to do and you can work less and help more people. So last year you came to me and your one-on-one business was— your one-on-one program was just like overflowing. Like, I mean, how many people one-on-one do you think you've worked with over the years? I mean, hundreds.
Oh my God. Yeah, I think it's something like, you know, 600 at this point in one-on-one capacity, maybe like 500, 600. Yeah.
That's a lot of one-on-one clients. I know it's over many years, but still, like, you were like the one-on-one queen.
Yeah, yeah. And I still, I still do one-on-one calls. Like, I had some one-on-one calls today. I've got more later this week. But like, I still do it. But like, I knew that this was not sustainable. You know, I knew I needed to, to scale, right, but also like give myself time to work on the business versus in the business, and also to protect my energy, right? Like, when you have 10 one-on-one calls a day, like, is it fair for your client number 9 or 10 to be talking to you? Like, no, you know? And you might know this, Claire Sellers Sellers, but like, I did have a team of other coaches that I worked with. I was bringing on 20 new clients a month at one point, right? Like, and I had other coaches, but at the end of the day, like, I knew my clients that were coming into my world wanted to talk to me. And like, I wanted to be able to provide that value. And I knew that I could do it in a way. And also, like, when you have a team, it makes your business more complicated. And one of the things I loved about working with you, Claire Sellers Sellers, and I did two rounds of Opulence, right? Like, I love it. Like, I'm a believer in it. Is like, you taught me how to simplify my business. And, and I resonated with that so much because I knew that was the only way for me to be successful. And that's a huge part of food freedom. It's like diets do not need to be complicated. Like, the simpler the better. And so my job is taking steps out of people's protocol, and that's what you did for me. You know, you didn't tell me, "You need to go and post on social media 5 times a week." Like, if someone told me— and I've been told that before. I've done the 30 days of content planning. It sucks. It, like, ruined my relationship with social media. And I remember the first thing I learned with you in the first round of Opulence was like, well, we need to make social media fun again. Like, how do we show up with light, fun energy? And that's when I started doing my walk and talks. I would just go on my stories and I would just talk about a client I was working with or my day or behind the scenes of my business, like some meal ideas, my favorite product. It just felt so light and so It was no longer, I have to go on social media. It was, I get to and I want to. And I just did a walk and talk earlier and I always think of you because like, you're the reason why I show up consistently on social media. Because before you, I was not. I hated social media. I was like, oh my God, like, what am I going to post? I know what to post. I know how to post. I'm just not doing it because I hate it. So You made me like it again.
I love to hear that. And, you know, I think that's— our approach is so aligned because I know that if it— if you don't want to do it, you're not— you're just not going to do it, especially at, you know, the level that, that you're at in opulence. Like, you've been doing this a while. You already know what you like and what you don't like. The, the shiny— the shiny, like, oh, I have a new business on Instagram has kind of worn off. And it's like, you've got to find a way to show up online with alignment and the way that you actually want to. So that's one of the things that, you know, we really did was look at, okay, like, how can we get you showing up in your business publicly in a way that, like, you actually want to? And, you know, another thing that, that we really doubled down on is, like, centering the business around you, you know, and, like, showing your lifestyle as the living embodiment of what's possible for people. And I think that's way more powerful than like, you know, 3 steps to weight loss or, you know, showing pretty graphics. Like, I'd much rather see you like on an incredible hike in Telluride than, you know, read an informational post. And I think like you've seen that shift in your business also.
Yeah, absolutely. And I mean, and you know this, Claire Sellers, why I came to you last year was like, I'm not new to business coaching. Like, I, I have an established business, and I think this is really important for everyone listening to understand of like why I wanted to work with you is because like I had had all this past experience. Like, I've built a very successful business. I had a team, like, you know, I, and I have amazing clients, but like, you know, everyone goes through phases of their business where they need to shift, right? Like in every industry. And I know you work across all industries. And so I was at a point in my business where, one, I was like, I know I have to make some changes to continue to grow, but I also need to protect my energy so I can still be the best coach that I can be without burning out. So I— and I also started to— I was at the point where I was starting to, like, resent my business. It was draining. I felt like I was continuously spinning my wheels, like, how am I going to find new clients? How am I going to continue to grow? And even though I had all this knowledge, it was just like the overwhelm and the lack of execution. Execution. I needed to stabilize my business again, and I just needed the right person in my corner. And not only did you know my business because you've been a client of mine for all this time, but I knew that we had the same values of freedom, of service, of simplicity. And I was like, all right, I'm in. Like, whatever, Claire. I know you've got my back. And here I am a year later, and I'm beyond grateful for you.
I love it. So thank you for that. I really appreciate it. And I just love how in alignment we are both in life and business.
Right.
So tell us about the Lifestyle Accelerator and kind of like, because I think people listening, you know, they're like, when you say like, I've had hundreds and, you know, almost 1,000 one-on-one clients, like after 10 one-on-one calls in a day, like, are you really being an effective coach. Like, and I mean, the last thing you want to do after 10 hours of calls is go write an Instagram post. Like, give me a freaking break. So like, talk to us about like the journey to creating the Lifestyle Accelerator and how that has like just totally transformed your business.
Yeah, so I'm, I'm really lucky in that two things. One, like when people come to me for their health and weight loss goals, most of them have prior experience. They have been on diets or they've done things, they've been successful and they just need some extra support. They have to take it to the next level to become consistent, to truly live this healthy lifestyle and walk the rest of their life, right? So that's one person that I knew I had to serve. And then also too, people, they work with me in my one-on-one program and they they wanna come back and get more support, but they don't necessarily need all the one-on-one, right? They wanna learn some new things. They've had changes in their life, like maybe they have children now or they've moved and they've changed jobs or like they've had some health issues come up, like life changes, right? So people just need like to optimize their lifestyle. I always say that lifestyle change is not about changing your entire life. It's about optimizing what you're currently doing and then your life will change. So that was really the motivation and the mantra behind the Lifestyle Accelerator. And so I had these people in my world that were one of those two people, and I was like, I need to create an offer, a container that's going to support them. And I know there's a lot of people that need this help, right? So why can't I create a group? And so that's where the Lifestyle Accelerator came from. So it was— it's mostly been a lot of people that have worked with me in the past. But it's also been new people, people that didn't want to work with me one-on-one or maybe couldn't afford the investment of the one-on-one. But the Lifestyle Accelerator was a more affordable, accessible way to work with me, learn food freedom, learn fitness freedom, learn the mindset pieces, and get that high-touch support in a way that wasn't weekly one-on-one calls, right? And you helped me fill that gap because at first, and I told you this from the beginning, I was so skeptical of group coaching, right? Like, I— my clients had been so successful in one-on-ones, and I was terrified to lose the experience. Like, I didn't want to just have them be in a group, and I felt, like, overwhelmed, or, oh my God, like, how can I serve all these people? So, um, but you taught me how to create a very meaningful, um, supportive one-on-one con— or, sorry, group container. And that's what I experienced in Opulence. I was like, oh, this is amazing. And so that's how I was— I felt the confidence to build the Lifestyle Accelerator.
It's funny because I'm so glad you said I was scared of scaling because I didn't want to compromise the results that my clients were getting. And that is a huge thing. It's just like I haven't talked about that or it hasn't been brought to my awareness lately, but I think for a lot of people listening, You know, I always say it's kind of like when you've been in business for a while, there's one of two things. One, you have like, you're drowning in one-on-ones, or two, you have the opposite problem where you have like 10 different group offers and none of them are full and you have just like sporadic, sparse clients in all of them. And I think for the people that have built this incredible reputation like you have of, you know, being so loyal, overdelivering, you know, getting incredible results. How much of your business is referral-based? It's huge.
It's huge.
I would say— Over 50%.
It's over 50%. Yeah, at least. But it's also cool because like people will find me on social media, you know, one of my— and I'm sure she'll listen to this, Cindy, you know, she found me randomly on Facebook back in 2023, I want to say. And she did one of my challenges, became a 16-week one-on-one client, and she's done 2 rounds of TLA now. She's still in my fit fam, and she's brought a lot of her friends in, right? And it just grows that way. But again, she was so successful in my 16-week program, and I was afraid if I started a group program, other things, my clients wouldn't have that experience. Right. And I think this is also where like business owners really need the support. Even though we have a successful business, sometimes like we keep doing the same thing over and over again. And when it stopped and when it— we, we need to scale at some point and we have to go to the next level and we have to learn how to make our lives easier, but also make our, our clients' lives better. That's the key. And that's what I really wanted help with.
Yeah. And, and I think, you know, the, the other thing that moving from a one-to-many model is you can just help more people. Yeah. You know, like, there's no way— I mean, you would be on the floor right now if you had one-on-one. Like, you have, you know, 20-something people in TLA around that usually. Like, I mean, if those were one-on-ones plus your one-on-one clients, I mean, you would— you wouldn't be doing this interview right now because you'd be on a call.
No, I would be. Yeah. Oh my God. Like, you know, but, but look at how people you've been able to help.
And like you said, for me, like having group offers makes my work more accessible to people, you know, for the, for the person who can't invest, you know, multiple four figures for a one-on-one program, but they can do, they can do the, the group program. And so I think that it creates the model of, you know, work less, make more, impact bigger. And it's a win-win for everyone.
Yeah.
But I, I do think, and I just wanna normalize the fear for anyone listening, like the reason Kristen has the business that she has and the reason I have the business that I have is because we've always put our client's success first. Like we will do whatever it takes to get you the results that you want. And like we, I think, go above and beyond. And when you have that type of business scaling, is so much easier because you've already built loyalty, you know, and people, people stay with you. They tell their friends. And this is how we start to scale even beyond social media, which we also work. But how do you think, like, how did you set up the Lifestyle Accelerator and Opulence so that you did prioritize the client experience and client results? Because, I mean, I've been in it. I did the Lifestyle Accelerator too last year or 6 months ago. And I mean, the results in there are amazing. People every single week, it's like losing weight, major milestones, brain fog gone. So how did you translate the intimacy of a one-on-one program into a group experience?
Yeah. So we have the weekly Zoom calls, for example, but I also run a small Telegram group where people can ask me questions. I'll I'll have them share their intentions at the beginning of the week. I'm checking in with them during the week. I'm sharing things in the group. I'll leave voice notes. Like, I actually just went in there about an hour ago and shared a little voice note about, like, dealing with, like, random hunger pangs that come out during the day. Like, you know, how you work through that. I'm like, I'm always sharing things. So it's almost like as just high touch as, like, a one-on-one program, right?
Mm-hmm.
Because it's just constant access. And, like, what I love about the— not just TLA, but, like, a group program like this in general, it's just like, the energy in the room.
Yes, it's everything.
Yeah, it's everything. And there's just something about being with others who are on your journey and they're sharing their wins. They're asking questions like, oh, that's a great question. I had the same thing. And we're kind of cheering each other on. And I learned from everyone when I was in your program. I learned from everyone in the group. And that's the vibe that I wanted to build within the Lifestyle Accelerator. And the cool thing about TLA is that not only is everyone kind of on the same journey, but a lot of them have had the same experience on the back end. Like, they've either worked with me before, they've done different diets, and they're here to optimize what they're doing so they can get the result they want, but they also want to learn some new things. And so that was kind of how I designed TLA, was like, I'm going to still give really high-touch support. And also, too, like, each round has been different because I really look at the men, because I have men in the group, too, men and women that are in the room, and I'm like, what do they they need the most help with? Like, what is their number one? Like, what's going to drive them to really make this a healthy lifestyle? And so with this particular group, longevity was a big topic. And so I really invested time and energy into that because I can teach weight loss with my eyes closed, right? That's the thing. But what's going to keep them going well beyond the 10 weeks, right? And then so that's what I really focus on this round. And It's been such a joy and it goes so fast. Oh my gosh, I can't believe the next round is coming up soon. But I love this. This program has really brought a whole new light to my business and I'm just so happy that I've helped almost 60 men and women through the last 3 rounds. Whereas, oh my God, for me to have 60 one-on-one clients, like, that would have taken me so long.
You know, I mean, it's crazy when you think about that. So for anyone who's like, having fears around scaling, like, is it going to be a lot of work? Like, what if I lose, you know, the, the quality? It's like, you don't have— you get to have it all, you know. And, and, and the way that we set up your group programs and the way that we bring people into them always, always puts the client experience at the forefront, you know. Like, and, and I really believe— I don't want to have, you know, a group program with like 500 people where I don't even know who's in the room. Like, that's not what we do in my world. Like, you can have very intimate groups with, you know, 20, 30, 40 people and you still know everything that's going on. You're in daily touch with them. Like, you can have the intimacy at scale. And I think that that's something that you've done such an amazing job creating in your business.
Yeah, I've never been a coach for the masses. Like, I, I don't want to have 100 people in a group. Like, I, I don't want a zillion. I just, I like high touch, I like intimate. And that's the beauty of like this group coaching model, which has again, like been really helpful. And I've been so blessed that I've had, you know, people come back for a second round, even a third round. And like, it's, it's been really, really not just successful, but it's been super empowering to me, you know, being at a point where I'm like, oh my gosh, like, how am I going to continue to evolve in my business and help people but also protect my own energy? And that's a huge part of just like my life mantra. I always want to protect my own energy because I feel like you can't be a good coach unless you protect your energy. So I share that in my business. I help my own clients protect their energy. but also like I have to walk the talk for myself.
Totally, totally. And you know, one thing that I think is really working for you right now in terms of your energy, keeping things super simple and feeling inspired by your business again, is your business model, your product suite. You know, I think you had those pieces, you, you, you've always had a membership,— well, not always, but for the last several years you've had, you know, the bottom of the, the product suite. You've had that lower ticket membership, and then you had your one-on-one. But what we were missing was that middle, that middle step for people. And I think creating that has helped you see that people move through your, your offer lifecycle. They can ascend up and down, up and down, up and down and around. And you know, you're creating something new that will be another step up for some people that is gonna be really exciting. And you know, when you have the, the product suite that supports the type of business you wanna have and you have the clear offers, you know, the next step is really learning how to launch. And that was something that like you, You love the Party Method. It's like worked so well for your business. So I would love you to just share like, how do you feel about launching now?
Yeah, well, again, like, I think everything is about energy. And I think like the coolest part about launching and how you teach the Party Method is like, yeah, like whenever you do like, like I'm running a challenge right now. And like, I look at it as like a 7-day party. It's like, okay, like, and like, you know me, Claire, like, I like to party. Like, I like to post. My girlfriends were like, we're all in Scott's party. You're like, that's just how we are. So I wanted to bring this like into my business. And like, you know, I have run dozens of challenges prior to meeting you. And I got to a point where I'm like, oh my God, challenges are exhausting. Like, how do I like make them fun again and light? And so like The Party Method really taught me that. So it wasn't even about just launching. It was like, how can I protect my energy? And how can I keep the energy in the room alive so people keep wanting to come back and stay at my party. Like, I want to keep the party going for the whole week, like, not like leave early, no Irish goodbyes, right? So that was what I really liked about the Party Method, that that really spoke to me in general, just like, like, again, like, I'm the host, right? Or the host was the mostest. And like, I love that role in my life and I wanted to bring it into my business. So I liked how, you know, I would start to get people like, yeah, challenge is coming soon, right? Or whatever it is, like, I'm having a masterclass soon. And then like getting people into the room, bring your friends and family, like the more the merrier. It's a party, right? And then it's like, okay, like, like the big like, aha, it's like, you know, curtain drop. Like I went to this 60th birthday party back in February. And just when I thought the party was over, the curtain dropped and a band came out. I was like, oh my God, this is amazing. So like, curtain drops. And that's when I introduced like the Lifestyle Accelerator, like, hey guys, like the party doesn't have to end right now. Like it's just actually beginning. This is the pre-party, like the real party is in TLA. Right. And so it's just kind of like a no-brainer. It's just like an agenda. It's okay. This is the next part. Who's staying with me? If you don't want to stay, cool. If you want to stay, amazing. Here's what we're going to do. So it's just been a fun vibe.
I love the curtain drop moment. I've never thought of that, but you're right. It's like, and you can keep going. Yeah.
Oh, yeah. I love it. Yeah.
That is so fun. And you've just done— you're such an amazing client, and I think this is why you're such an amazing coach because like, you really trust your coach. You know, like, you have trusted me, and like, you've trusted my process, and like, you've done it your way, but you've taken the strategies and like trusted that they would work for you, and they have. And like, just as you're talking about The Party Method, you can just tell, like, it's embodied in you. You have your own version of it that feels good for you, but it's like, it just works. You get it. This is— it's like in you. And I think that that, that's one of the things like I want for everyone in Opulence that like, you know how to launch anything for the rest of your life.
Yeah.
That I think is like the biggest game changer in your business because you could, you could launch like a face painting class and like sell it out because you know how to launch something like you can launch anything once you learn how to launch in a way that feels good and works for you using the Party Method. So your business is like such an amazing testament to that. Yeah.
And it's so funny because like I had never learned to launch before. Like I literally like had mentors and like people say like launching's dead, like launching doesn't matter, like it's not important. Like, you know, run an evergreen webinar and like, you know, just like I had heard and learned so many different strategies. And so like it was so refreshing to actually learn like what it means to launch and have a structure to do it in a way that will generate excitement and energy. And I love how what you say, Claire, like, it's about creating a movement, right?
Yeah.
It's not just about launching and getting people into your program. It's about creating a movement. Like, how am I gonna get people excited? So they're in and they're ready, they're rock, and then they ride this wave with you. And so like how you teach launching is like super, super special because again, I was like, oh, like this whole launch thing, I don't know, but like, oh my God, super fun. And it's like, it's kind of like a no-brainer at this point.
I love it. I love the way that you describe it. It just like, it reminds me how much I love The Party Method. Yeah, yeah, it really is a game changer. And you know, this is why I'm so passionate about teaching this because most of my clients, like, freedom is— freedom and simplicity are like two of our top values. And I really believe that The Party Method and your product suite create those for you in your business. Like, it's, it's those two pieces that create the freedom and the ease that, that you want while prioritizing the client experience, prioritizing client success. So yeah, love that, that you love The Party Method as much as me. It makes me so happy.
Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. And something else you had said to me, like in our very first— it was the beginning of our coaching and like I was stressing over like making decisions. I don't even remember what it was like. It was something so dumb and like this is something that like even as a seasoned business owner, like I still would struggle with making like simple decisions, right? Like between this and this, you know, and like I remember once you said to me, Kristen, just choose easy. Right? And I know what you meant by that. It's just like, well, what feels lighter and more free? And so that has always stuck with me. And that's something that I even really try to integrate into my coaching as well with clients. Like, well, how can I choose easy in my nutrition? Like, how can I just simplify? Like, how I'm eating? Like, I had a client asking about a recipe. I'm like, you don't need more recipes. We literally just need, a few things you can just put together in 5, 10 minutes between a meeting, and then you don't have to think about it. It's done, right? So anyway, that's always resonated with me too.
I, I love that. And it's like whenever I say that or people say that to me, I always like imagine the easy button. I think it was like a Staples commercial or something like a long time ago where it's like that red button and it just says easy, like just push the easy button, right? I think that that And that's something I see a lot of the women struggling with, like, before they come into Opulence is just the overcomplication and the decision fatigue. It's real, you know, like, when you're— especially if you're on either end juggling, you know, dozens of one-on-ones, or you're trying to figure out how to launch, like, one of your, you know, half-full group offers. It's like, it can be really easy to get caught up in all of that and just, like, overwhelmed. And then you end up paralyzed, and then you end up, like, collapsing and it's just like, oh my God. So that's one of the things that we really focus on is choosing easy, staying in motion, really simplifying the product suite and then mastering the art of launching. And I truly believe when you do those things, you'll see the results. So this has been so amazing. Tell us, so right now you've got Fit Fam, which is your incredible membership. I'm in it. You get live workouts 3 times a week. You really also taught me, like, weightlifting, weight training, strength training is the best way to burn fat and see results.
Yeah.
And I mean, I have, like, way too many weights in my living room right now, thanks to you. But, like, you know, that's something that you really give people access to at such an affordable rate with the Fit Fam. You know, that's your your monthly membership. And then you also get like access and support and, you know, Mindset Mondays. And that's an amazing place for people to get started with you. And then obviously the Lifestyle Accelerator. So when is the next round launching?
Yeah, so we're gonna start the next round. I'm going to open it up to the public right after the Fourth of July. And then we'll start right around the middle of July. And I personally, like, I know this is probably like— you know, not standard, but nothing I do is standard. It's like I like to start programs in the middle of months because I just feel like everyone's—
Oh, you do?
Yeah. Everyone's motivated in the beginning, but it's like it's the middle when people are like, all right, I need to kick in the butt. I need to like refresh, reset, and then we'll start the next month like even better, right? So like, you know, my challenge, I started my challenge like this week. It's like the middle of June. It's like, you know, right before the holiday coming up. So yeah, we'll start in about the middle of July.
I love that. And then you, of course, have your incredible one-on-one program, which if people want deeper support, they can join your one-on-one. And then what's next for you and your business and you as an entrepreneur?
Oh my gosh. And this is something that is, I think, has been in the making for a long time. Not only did I leave a very stable, fulfilling career to launch an online business, and I I did that pretty well, thanks to you. But I also have learned a lot about just like being an independent, wealthy woman, right? Like just how to manage my money, how to invest smartly, how to also rebuild. You know, Claire, you know this, I went through a divorce a few years ago and it, you know, it was a great marriage. Him and I are still amicable. He actually messaged me about my dog this morning. We share a dog. Like again, like— Again, nothing was normal, right? But like, again, like, this is my way. Like, I believe in freedom. Like, I'm gonna do what I want. Like, that's it. But I had to learn how to be independent, you know, in my life. Like, I, you know, I had a husband that took care of everything. So when we got divorced, I had to learn how to do things myself. And so I've learned a lot about real estate in the last few years, buying and selling real estate, managing investments, how to like build a new relationship, how to navigate dating in your mid-30s, like as a successful independent woman. How to not settle and how to find the right partner. Also just like how to have work-life balance. Like, that was one of the biggest struggles in my marriage. And now, like, it is at the forefront of my life, like how to have work-life balance. And honestly, that's why I came to you, because I struggled with that so much until I came to you. And like, now I've mastered that. And I also find that so many men and women I work with within my one-on-one program or TLA, they struggle with work-life balance and that's why they're not consistent with their health and their fitness and all the things. And so I work on that a lot within our program. And so I am looking to, you know, I'm gonna create a new program coming out later this year about how to really master all these facets of our life. And of course, like health and wellness is at the foundation, but then like really how to master these layers so we can just achieve whatever we want in our life.
I love it. I love it. Okay, we're, we're doing a sexy tease on that. More to come. So you'll have to follow Kristen. We'll link the CMW Instagram, your personal Instagram, your website, and the link for more information on the Lifestyle Accelerator for anyone who wants to join that. I am a personal testimony to that program. It's amazing. And Kristen, I just thank you so much. I feel, you know, So, so much support from you in just who I am as a businesswoman. And that's something I've always really appreciated about our relationship is like we're truly champions for each other. And that's how I really want my clients to feel like it's a two-way street. Like I support you, you support me. Like I will always shout you from the rooftops. Like I think you're the best in the business. I believe in you. And I'm just so proud of the work that you've done in Opulence, and I know it's just the beginning for what you're building.
Yeah, no, thank you, Claire. I appreciate you. And same thing, like, you know, one of my friends, Jill, is in your Dream Accelerator program. She's loving it, you know. And when she called me and she's like, you know, I'm considering a few different business coaches, and I was like, do not look any further than Claire because she will be hands on deck in your business. Like, you know, Claire will go into my Google Docs. And I literally told Jill, I'm like, she will go into your Google Docs and fix things. And again, even after all my years of coaching and copyright learning, you teach me new things every week. So I'm grateful for you and your business, and I will always shout you from the rooftops too. So thank you for that.
