John Cordero asks you to speak at roughly twice your normal volume for a full day. Speaking louder projects confidence and certainty, even if what you're saying stays the same. The goal is noticeable, not obnoxious.

Welcome to day 3 in the confidence challenge, and today is going to be about owning your voice. So the thing about it is some people might speak low and it might just be out of insecurity or whatever, but we're gonna go loud and proud, you know what I'm saying? So whatever volume you're used to speaking, the whole day today you are gonna speak 2 times the volume. Go louder than you ever would, okay? You don't have to go obnoxious, okay? But at the same time, go way louder than you do And just see how that goes for you. All right. And I would love to hear the difference and start doing that. And if you like that, and it probably will be a better fit for you in general, then you can always speak at a louder tone and it just sounds more confident and sounds more sure, even though you're still saying the same words. So very, very useful. Um, love to hear what you guys have to say in the community about it, but I'll see you guys in day 4.
