Hey, welcome to day 4 in the confidence challenge. And today we're going to talk about being animated. So I'm doing weird stuff with my hands. I don't know. But anyways, but keep it natural, but also just use your gestures throughout the day. Make sure that you go from A to Z and all these things will help you just be more engaging in conversation and it just makes it really good. You don't have to overdo it, but at the same, I'm just giving you an example of me constantly moving my hands and Some of it seems all right, but anyways, I'm just trying to help you get a good picture of what this all looks like, because when you're animated, you can start to get to situations where you can touch the gal a little bit more. And also just in general, just, uh, you just seem more interesting. You seem more going on. You could be saying the exact same thing. It just helps that much more when you're talking just to people in general. So give it a shot all day animated. And I would love to see what you guys have to say and the results in school. And I'll see you guys in the next video.
