Hey, welcome back. And today on day 5, it's going to be very, very simple. Uh, some people just tend to stay to themselves and that's why they don't talk to other people or anything like that. But today I just want you to do something very, very simple. Just ask for help. Ask for help with anybody. It could be someone you know, it could be someone you don't know. And it's nice if it's a genuine problem that you might have and, hey, show me how to work this. Like, I don't know how to do this AI stuff or like Whatever it is, but just ask for help. And that way it gets you reaching out to people in a, in a good way that's not terrible. And it lets people in and you can have a conversation about that afterwards, but it's not a bad thing. It helps you get out of your own head and your own way. You don't have to try to solve every problem by yourself and it gets you away from being that loner guy, uh, which is what we want if you tend to be that. Okay. That's all I have for this video. I'll see you guys in the next. Peace.
