smiling

A smile signals you're not a threat and shows confidence. The speaker breaks down two styles: big teeth-showing smiles and closed-lip smirks. Practice both in a mirror, get feedback from friends, and smile early in any interaction.

Welcome back to another important lesson. I want you to think about smiling as the most important tool you will ever use. The reason why smiling is so important is because when you're talking to women, the easiest way to express that you're not a threat, you enjoy life, and that you're confident is by smiling. All of these signals from smiling that the woman is getting just helps you tremendously. So I can't stress enough that if you're not natural at smiling, or it's not something you do. Just by not smiling can cost you the whole interaction. Something else to keep in mind is to smile before you get up to the woman, or if you guys happen to lock eyes suddenly, then smile immediately after eye contact. This will help you make a quick connection between the two of you and just sets the foundation of trying to get to know each other. Now that I've covered the importance of smiling, there are really only 2 types of smiles. The two types of smiles really comes down to just smiling big, which shows the upper part of your teeth, or smirk, which is basically smiling with your lips closed. The rest of what I have to say about smiling comes down to personal preference, but I'm going to share some mini tactics so you can choose and decide for yourself how and when to smile. One thing you can do is just get in front of a mirror and practice smiling. You can do a big smile and you can do a smirk and see which one fits you the best. Or ask a friend what smile looks better, or the community. Also keep in mind you can always use both. Something else to practice or look at in the mirror is talking and smiling at the same time. Obviously that works with smiling while you're showing your teeth, but something else you can do is to smirk immediately after you're done talking. Like you just told a joke. I tend to smirk more because it works for me, especially after I say something flirty, but everybody's different. You might be wondering, okay, smiling is good, but when do I smile and how often do I smile? That is going to depend on how you present yourself, So typically, if you're presenting yourself in a very charismatic, outgoing way, you can probably smile quite often and big, and it goes with that charismatic style. Just for an example, let's say you have more of a bad boy, I don't give a fuck style of talking to women. Then it really wouldn't make sense for you to smile big all the time, if not at all. But then smirking becomes more of the smile of choice, and you're not smirking that often, but you're still sprinkling it in throughout the conversation, especially after you say something flirty. You can go from one extreme all the way to the Or anywhere in between. Just something that fits how you present yourself. There's no one right way to smile exactly, but I will say the most important thing that you should take out of this lesson is to smile in general. And you should smile at some point in the interaction, especially in the beginning, regardless of your persona. That's all I have for this video. See you guys in the next one.
