3 ways to impress a college coach when doing a warm-up at the ID camp. If you grab a band, college coaches already know that you've done this warm-up many times at a very high level. A couple exercises you can do with the bands for simplicity are fire hydrants or walk it out. After you've done this, go ahead and take your time to warm up without anyone else present, because if you warm up on your own, coaches already know that you're going to act like a professional. Number 2 is grab a ball. When you start grabbing the ball, just show off your dribbling. You have to know the coaches are always watching every single thing you do. Once you walk on that field, they're gonna watch you. Now, in saying that, you can still take your time and warm up, but you don't have to do anything crazy just while you're warming up.
