A college soccer recruiter warns against three types of ID camps that waste players' time: Exact ID camps that falsely claim schools attend, IMG or Nike camps without confirmed coaches, and overseas camps when scouts only watch domestic players.
3 ID camps to never go to. Number 1, do not go to an Exact ID camp unless you know this. If you go on their website, it's going to say these schools are attending via video. That is absolute nonsense. Nobody is attending via video. Nobody's watching any of the exact game footage, and you cannot send that out to college coaches. So don't go to Exact unless you have genuine interest from those schools, or the schools that are going to be there are your dream schools. Number 2, do not go to an IMG or a Nike ID camp. Unless it specifies that college coaches are going to be there. But if you're just going because IMG is special and Nike is special, you're not going to get recruited to play college soccer unless there are specifically college coaches there. Number 3, do not go to international camps or camps that are abroad. So Exact ID camping invites you to London. Do not go. The college coaches are here in the United States. If you're an international, you have to come here to get seen. If you are here in the United States, you need to stay here to get seen to play college soccer. If you want help playing college soccer, give me a call. Link's in the bio. And remember,
