Here's the secret to getting recruited when you don't think you maybe have the best chance. Picture the college coach. He's getting thousands of emails, phone calls, letters— whoever still writes letters— and being barraged. So if you use techniques to break through that clutter— again, he's coaching a team, he's got a job, he's got a wife, he's got kids, he's got a whole life, and he's got to recruit. If you take advantage of the techniques to stand out in the process, separate from the reality of the soccer, which is really the key thing, is a video that's crafted correctly, which College Soccer Guy can help direct it. And he has some background. Myself and my wife are in the entertainment business, won Emmy Awards, Oscar nominated. So we kind of know some of these techniques which we've given to Zev, which he can then share with you to make that video that will break through the clutter and that will get you that attention that will have an exaggerated impact over what actually your son or daughter's high school career is. One of the key strategies is that coaches are looking for who the person is, and the way we brought that through, and I think we were one of the first people to do it, is the self-interview or the interview. I make documentaries. You bring out who the person is. Show yourself or your son or daughter who they really are, introduce them as people. Here's a fundamental thing in the movie industry, in the documentary industry, people care about people. So if you can present your son or daughter in the right video with a self-interview, with the right profile, in the right way, with a little bit of talking, and maybe even with a coach or someone talking about your son or daughter. This is not done normally, 'cause you think, oh, just show touches, just show goals. No, the college coach wants to bet on a person. Make your video about a person, which is your son or daughter. Let that personality come out as someone who the coach is going to have a relationship with. You're building a relationship that's beyond sport. It's about people coming together where your son or daughter expresses his philosophy and is going to be committed to his program. Let them feel who that person is, that he'll cooperate, and College Soccer Guy is the guy who can help you do that.
And when he says College Soccer Guy, obviously I'm his son, and all of those skills that he did with my— me and my video is what I want to teach you guys. So if you want help playing called soccer and you want help with your video specifically, comment the word highlight video and we'll send you a list of what you need to do.
