If you're playing in US youth soccer, which would be E-64, EDP, debatably Elite Academy or NEL, which I'm going to group into this, what are the chances of you playing college soccer statistically? This is a pie chart created by ChatGPT, and it explains here that most of, 40%, will not play college soccer whatsoever. About 10% of them will play Division 1, 20% Division 2, and 30% will play in between these. Let's say the percentages are a little off or a little, it's not perfect, right? No, nobody's perfect. But what you need to understand is the 10% of Division I. So if you are playing in US youth soccer and you think you can play Division I soccer, you just need to know the odds are really against you unless you make a lot of video, you go to the ID camps, you get interest from schools at lower levels, you leverage those against the Division I schools, you are on a team that's ranked and/or are going to showcases where the Division I schools are, and of course, being a good soccer player helps a lot. All I'm saying is if you're playing USU soccer and you only wanna play Division I, then that's a good headspace to have and just know that the odds are against you so you have to be willing to be open-minded. But on top of that, if you want to play Division I soccer and you're playing USU soccer, I want you to think about considering other schools for your happiness, okay? It's not just about the division. If you want more help, give me a call, links in the bio. Talk to you soon, goodbye.
