How to get a scholarship in order to play college soccer, more specifically Division 1 college soccer. Number 1, have a GPA above a 3.5. One of the best ways to get a lot of scholarship money is through academic aid. In my case in particular, I was getting half a scholarship with academics, and my coach knew that I'd be more likely to sign with them if they gave me athletic money to turn it into a full-ride scholarship. So have above a 3.5 GPA. Number 2, start the recruiting process freshman and sophomore year. Freshman year, start emailing mailing Division III schools sophomore year. Do the exact same thing with video. If you really want to get a scholarship, you need to get recruited earlier in the process. So that means you need to start your freshman and sophomore year to receive a scholarship, especially one with a lot of money. You need to be receiving an offer between April and July of your junior year going into your senior year. If you want more help playing college soccer, give me a call. Links in bio.
