A student got recruited by Duke soccer after sending the right materials. The College Soccer Guy breaks down what coaches actually want: full-game videos with timestamps, a clean email template, and a list of target schools. He walks through the whole recruiting package that works.
I'm the College Soccer Guy and I help you play college soccer and it's story time. And today one of my students is talking to Duke. I may have mentioned another student was talking to Duke. This is a different student talking to Duke and that's very exciting because they're different years, different ages, different positions. More importantly, I want you guys to be able to talk to the schools that you're interested in and Duke is a very good school. The coach says here, thanks for your interest in Duke soccer. Please send over your schedule, updated transcript, and any full games you may have so we can have a look. We hope to see you in California in December. Full game videos, which I've told you guys about all the time. Showcases, in this case is an MLS Next player, which is fantastic. If you would like to get response like this, you've got to change your package. You need the great video. You need to have full games with timestamps. You need to fix your email template. You need to identify which schools you're likely to go to, find out which showcases you're attending, identify which college ID camps you're attending, and then follow up with this amazing package over and over again. If you would like help with this process and you want to be part of the program, you must apply. Apply in the link in the bio. I love you all. I want to help you. Call me. Talk soon.
