Zev Taublieb shares a three-question framework for recruiting emails: ask if the school is hiring for your position and class, which fall games to attend, and if you can shake hands at one. The questions must be genuine and tailored to each school, not mass-mailed templates.

If you're stuck not getting any responses from your dream schools, you must add a question into your emails. Here are 3 questions I recommend you add. Number 1: Are you looking for blank for the class of blank? Insert your position and your grad year. Number 2: Are there any games this fall that you would recommend I come to? I'm working on coming to one of your games this fall. Number 3: I am going to one of your games this fall. Would it be possible to briefly shake your hand in person? These 3 questions get the best responses, but you must use them wisely and make sure that they are genuine. Do not just send this to every school. Comment "call" if you want more help and we can get on call with you and your family.
