Do not make it really long because remember, they can only read a certain part of the email when you submit it. Number 2 is the hook. What is the email about? And this is referring to the subject line. So if you have a showcase coming up, you would say showcase, you'd say the name of the showcase, and that would be part of your hook. Or you would say, I will be at the X showcase, or I'll be coming to your ID camp. What is the hook? Number 3, in the meat of the email, only give the facts. Just tell us your GPA, your grad year.
