A soccer recruiting advisor identifies three ID camps to skip: Exact ID camps where coaches don't actually watch footage, branded camps like IMG or Nike without guaranteed coach attendance, and overseas camps since U.S. coaches recruit domestically. Save your money unless the camp explicitly promises college coaches will be there.
3 ID camps to never go to. Number 1, do not go to an Exact ID camp unless you know this. If you go on their website, it's going to say these schools are attending via video. That is absolute nonsense. Nobody's attending via video. Nobody's watching any of the Exact game footage, and you cannot send that out to college coaches. So don't go to Exact unless you have genuine interest from those schools, or the schools that are going to be there are your dream schools. Number 2, do not go to an IMG or a Nike ID camp unless it specifies that college coaches are going to be there. But if you're just going because IMG is special and Nike is special, you're not going to get recruited to play college soccer unless there are specifically college coaches there. Number 3, do not go to international camps or camps that are abroad. So if Exact ID camp invites you to London, do not go. Call coaches are here in the United States. If you're an international, you have to come here to get seen. If you are here in the United States, you need to stay here to get seen to play call soccer. If you want help playing call soccer, give me a call. Links in the bio. And remember,
