Should I be worried about college soccer as a sophomore? I play East now. My dad has gotten several calls from coaches in the NCAA, but he said he shouldn't worry until next year since I'm only a sophomore. Look, you should be worried, and I hate NCAA for many different reasons. I bought NCAA, I wrote my master's thesis on NCAA. I do not trust NCAA, and I can show you a video of other families literally telling me how much they hate it, but I don't want to talk that much more badly about anyone else because it's not nice. So what I would tell you is this. Let me show you an example. This is an 8th grader talking to Division III top academic schools. This is a 7th grader already talking to schools. So if your father is willing to watch this video and I can directly talk to him, Dad, it is awesome that he started the process and you're getting called by NCSA, which I don't like, and I think it's a scam, and we can talk about why that is later and how I'm different than them. But the main thing that I want you to do— this is NCSA versus me and how we work differently, but we can talk about that on the call. What I want to tell you for your son is as a sophomore, the college coaches can talk to him. Division III and Division II schools can talk to him, and if he is a good level— now, if you think your son sucks, then he's not ready and he should wait a little bit longer. But if he's good for his age, right, a better elite level player for his age, he doesn't have to be better than juniors, doesn't have to be better than internationals or transfers. He just has to be good for his age. If he is good at his age and can potentially play college soccer, he needs to be talking to schools right now. And so therefore, I would say you should be worried and you should be taking action. And if you want help, you can give me a call and I can look at his video and I can tell you what we think.
