Playing in an ID2 regional camp or ODP shows you're a strong player, but it won't get you recruited on its own. You need to email coaches, attend more camps, and make a highlight video to actually get noticed by college programs.

I played in the ID2 regional camp. Does that mean I'm Division 1 level? So ID2 or ODP are great places to be, but it does not mean you're going to get recruited to play college soccer. You still have to go to camps, you still have to email the schools, you still have to make a highlight video, and you need to be proactive in the process. Now, playing ID2 is a great start, but it's not the end-all be-all. If you really want to play college soccer, you must get in front of them, and camps are the best way to do it. Now, because you're playing such a high level, it is possible that you are then able to play college soccer because you're a good soccer player. If you want more help, give me a call.
