Scouting a center mid to see if they're going to play college soccer, aka they already play college soccer for Fullerton. They're playing against UCLA right now and we are going to watch them. We're going to be watching this number 6 for Fullerton. I think this kid could probably play pro soccer in the USL. He's very good, this kid with the white shoes, captain for Fullerton. Let's take a look. So this is a center mid, this 6, and he hasn't touched the ball very often. Now of course he's a taller kid, so that gives him a couple points for sure, but his technique and his way that he looks over his shoulder is very good. Turn. Great flick, to be fair. Look at that great moment. That was epic. And even if you don't get the ball a lot, in the moments you do, if you can play forward, you get lots of points. Oh, good initial flick. That seems like a small thing, but when it's a goal kick, there's not a lot you can do. Of course, if, right, they're playing out of the back. But is this def— as when we're watching defend, you typically should have one guy. And this, see how he's really tight on him? Especially when they're building out of the back. Now as this happens, he needs to recover into this space. Holy tackle, Jesus Christ. Is he going to lead to a goal? There's the number 6, top of the box. Can he score? If you can keep it in this area, the coaches love that. That's got no foul. Okay, we're going to keep watching because it's fun. There's another center mid, great pass. This is our winger. If you're a winger now, this is where you have to beat the guy. I have to tell you, it just has to happen. Good defending. And if you're a left back, you cannot let them beat you. That moment was very good between the two of them. If you want more help playing college soccer, give me a call. Links in the bio. Talk to you soon.
