3 things you'll regret if you want to play Division I college soccer. Number 1 is you need to get into the club soccer game around the ages of 8 to 12. You want to be playing against the best players you can. Number 2, you want to be playing MLS Next or ECNL and trying out every year. I didn't make it until my senior year, and I was playing as a JV soccer player my junior year, but I eventually did get a full-ride scholarship to play Division I soccer. And it was because I was trying out every year, often being told no. Number 3, when you go to college ID camps, do not just say, I'm going to be the best one here and they're going to pick me. Make sure you follow up or you stay afterwards during the camp and you ask them this question. What level do you believe I can play? If you want to play college soccer and you want help, give me a call. Link's in the bio. Talk soon.
