You need to stop emailing all college coaches, at least until you do this one thing first that I'm going to explain to you in under 60 seconds. If you do not put your club level and your grad year in the subject line, the college coaches are 3 times less likely to ever open your email. They must know your grad year and they must know your club level. And if you play for ECNL or GA or MLS Next, they are 5 times more likely to open and read your email. Now, if you're not playing for those levels, then you need to aim for different schools first. Get other schools' interest in you first, then you can move on and say to other college coaches, "I have interest from these level schools despite playing at NPL or NAL, but I want to play for Division I soccer. I will be at your camp. I look forward to seeing you there." And they'll go, "Great, you already have other college interest. Even though you're not getting the most exposure, you might be really good." If you want more help, comment "call me" and I should be able to schedule a call with you and your parents to hopefully help you play college soccer.
