Scouting a DC United Youth Academy player to see if they're good enough to play Division 1 college soccer. So here's the student. I've watched his video already, so I'll go through it with you guys. This is way too long. He does not have enough video, so that's a bad start. But he did also used to play for the Red Bulls, which is awesome. And now let's look at his video. So he's missing a self-interview. He talks about this. This is cool. This should all just go in the email. Okay, let's see the first clip. Great dribbling. Good feet. Okay, Mr. Neymar. Okay, but see, that didn't lead to anything. Like, it— so he dribbled past him. There was nothing that showed that it worked, so that it scored a goal or something. Now, clearly, technically, like, good feet, good dribbling. That's awesome dribbling. Really good dribbling again, and he gets it saved. So now you've shown me one moment where you've dribbled, another one you didn't score. So my initial instinct is, wow, really good feet. But definitely a very good player. I know he already is getting interest from pretty high-level schools. That should probably be the first clip if that's his, you know, if that's the goal. Look at this feat, cross almost an assist, but there's not enough end product so far. Like now I'm in a training video. I can't have a training video at the highlight video within the first minute. That's not ideal. He's definitely good. If coaches know who he is, he'll definitely potentially play Division 1 soccer. Look at his dribbling skills. And look at that. Like, that was awesome. So definitely potential Division I, but if he doesn't start reaching out to schools quickly, as great as he is, which is, that's another great goal, he will be left in the dust just 'cause there's so many great players. But MLS Next Kid, definitely Division I level. Awesome player playing for D.C., so any college coaches watching this, the kid's really good, lovely family, but for your family, I would like you to get started ASAP and we gotta fix your video. This is not what the coaches wanna see and you definitely need some RB touch videos. Nobody has seen his video yet, so maybe we can help him get some more views. So everybody watching this, maybe go watch his video, look him up. Good player, definitely has to fix his situation, but lots of potential.
