A soccer parent outlines how to get a talented female player recruited by college coaches. Start with a YouTube highlight reel and updated social media, attend four ID camps over two years (Elite Soccer ID Camp takes code Zev100), then email coaches with her GPA, graduation year, ECNL team, and U.S. citizenship status.
She's gonna potentially play Division I soccer. She's really good. They're 20-29, so they have a lot of potential here, which is very exciting. So the first thing we're gonna do is we're gonna go through their games. So they have been cutting clips from themselves for social media, and their social media has to be fixed a bit. So see how here it says ECNL Girls is great. This is good, this is good, but it needs to say her YouTube video, her GPA, and her grad year. So first thing is fix her social media. Okay, second thing is she's moving to the USA and an ECNL team. In April, so they're gonna move to America basically, which is massive. Her videos, she's gonna submit one video at a time. Ideally, she's gonna submit 5 to 6, and we will make a main video out of that and have 5 to 6 every-touch videos already done. And then if she has more than that, we can do that as well. I will make another video about what we're gonna do directly to the videos. When we have that done, in terms of camps, there's a camp in Southern California that is still available, and if you use the code Zev100, you get a $100 discount. and it's called Elite Soccer ID Camp in SoCal. If they're open to it, they should go. It's a really good camp for them. The other camp to go to is Future 560. If she wants, she could also go to Masters, but those are the 4 camps they can go to, and these are the mass camps. They should go to these camps every year. So if they can't go, go to these camps every year for the next 2 years. After that, doesn't really matter. Then they can go to their dream D1 camp, because if she wants, or dream D3, and then otherwise, wait for genuine interest, which we're gonna email the Tier 1 D3 We're gonna email the Tier 1 D3, Tier 2, and then also email the D2s, and we will also email the D1s. In terms of her email, I'd like her to say this. Dear Coach Genu, and she's gonna say, my name is da da da, I have been invited to play with an ECNL team in Texas known as da da da, I am from Canada and play for da da da as a da da da, I am part of the class of da da da. She doesn't know if she's gonna move yet, so she's gonna say, as of now, I am planning to move to the United States to play ECNL and will update you when the move is final. And she said, I have attached my video here. Then she'll link it. And then she's going to say, the question is going to be, are you looking for da-da for the class of da-da? If so, happy to come to an ID camp, question mark. Fix the typos. The other thing she needs to mention, she also has to say, I am a US citizen. That's really important. As of now, da-da-da. OK, I'll make a separate video for this. And that's what she needs to do. Thank you.
