A college soccer recruiting consultant shares how one family got 20 coach responses by sending 100 personalized emails in 15 minutes using his email platform. High school seniors need a strong highlight video, a coach-specific template, and willingness to contact schools that match their skill level. Division II and III coaches decide mostly on video, while Division I requires in-person evaluations.

We just got the results. A family that we're working with literally overnight got 20 emails genuinely talking about how they'd like to either have them on a phone call, have them on a visit, or one of them actually even made an offer if they apply to the school. Now of course this doesn't happen for all of our students, but as a senior right now, these college coaches are either desperate for certain players, a certain player's gotten injured during the fall season, or during the fall season at this stage they know exactly what they would need for next season in in order to be a better team. Now in order to do this, you need to have a very good video, which typically means I need to look at it because it's gotta change the order. You're gonna need more than one video. You're gonna need to write a very specific, well-crafted email template speaking the language of the coaches. And most of all, you're gonna have to email over 100 schools, and you're going to need to do it to schools that are of your level. We have this tool that allows us to send 100 emails to college coaches in a genuine way from your own email account in the space of literally 15 minutes. So that is a huge way we're able to reach out to so many schools so quickly. I call it the College Soccer Guy email platform. Now when we combine that with fixing your video, picking realistic schools, and you have to be open-minded to living in different parts of the country, and you have to be open-minded to the different levels, right? We're talking Division 1, not as much so. Division 2 and Division 3, extremely so. The reason Division 1 is more difficult is because they have to see you in person 4 to 6 times. For Division 2 and Division 3, they can recruit you on video alone. So if you're facing nothing, then this is what you got to think about. Comment, call, and I get on call with you and your parents. Bye.
