A new lesson I learned from talking to the head coach of the UCLA women's soccer team and the assistant coach of Quinnipiac University. Social media is changing the game. The Quinnipiac coach told me that they basically recruited two of their players using social media. One way was this: they were able to find the school because of social media, and not only just find the school but know or have a better understanding that the coach they were going to play for, they had seen on social media, so they knew he was a good person. Sometimes social media doesn't tell you if they're a good person, but it gives you a better idea. Like you guys, I hope you know that I'm a good person. UCLA coach told me that because they're a new coaching staff, they're making a great effort to get to know the local community, which is to say, if there are any new college coaches within your region, it's important for you to reach out to them because they They are looking to make an impact right away.
