An E64-level youth soccer player can't jump straight to Division I, especially with MLS Next 2 making it harder. Start at Division III, then move up to Division II and Division I. Attend 1-3 camps per school and send 2-3 video clips to generate interest from coaches.

If I'm playing E64, can I play Division 1 college soccer? The short answer is no. With the new MLS Next 2 league, this will even make E64 a more difficult place to play Division 1. However, Division 2 soccer and Division 3 soccer are definitely in the cards, but you will have to go to camp. You'll have to go to camp 2 to 3 times per school depending on what level of school you're aiming for. Typically speaking, if you want to go to a top academic school, you'll have to go 1 to 3 times. If it's a mid-tier to low-tier Division III, which are still very good despite what everybody thinks, you'll have to go to camp once and probably send 2 to 3 videos. And if they think you're good enough, you will get interest from them. So this is why I would say if you're in an E64, start with Division III schools and then we can work our way up. And as we work our way up, you'll then have the opportunity to play potentially Division I, because once you get offers from Division III, then better than Division III, then Division II, then better Division II schools, then Division I, and then better Division I schools. That can give you a lot of merit if you're not playing at a very high club level.
