High school soccer players can reach Division I and II coaches through email, and elite players get tracked early. One player attended seven ID camps before senior year and committed to Duke as a sophomore. Email outreach and name recognition in the recruiting community actually work.

Why people think that you can't contact Division 1, Division 2 schools is completely bullcrap. First of all, they're allowed to read your emails. And second of all, if you're an elite level player— this is only true if you're an elite level player by 8th, 9th grade— and you're sending them an email, they're going to keep track of you. And I have proof because this player right here committed to Duke as a sophomore. How do you think he did that? Do you think he just walled up to the ID camp? He went to 7 ID camps before the age of 10th grade. Did they know who he was? Yeah. Did they like him right away? No, we emailed other schools, and other schools also wanted to find out more about him. And as that word got out, we could even change the subject line from I am GMS next to his name because his name started to mean something in the college soccer world. Because not only was he doing great at showcases, but we were emailing the schools and they weren't responding, but they were taking notes on him so they could get to know him better, so that way in the future he could go to his dream school, which he got to go to, which was Duke. If you want more help, comment call, and hopefully I'll be able to schedule a call with you and your parents to see if I can help you play college soccer at your dream school.
