A youth soccer player's recruiting roadmap: upload full-game videos to generate every-touch clips, attend camps like Masters and Elite 200/300, then email D3 and D2 coaches first before moving to D1 programs. The coach helps turn footage into highlight reels and social content.
There's a couple steps we need you to start off with. Step 1 is going to be joining our app. You'll see it in the video that you got. At this point, if you're watching this video, you would have already joined the app. The next thing is we need to make your video. So you're going to connect your Trace account, which we'll show you how to do. Then what we're going to do is you're going to— you will pick 4 to 5 full games that you played really well in, maybe even 6 or 7, it's fine. And you're going to submit this to the EveryTouch form. We'll show you how to do it. It's important you submit it to the EveryTouch form, not the highlight video form. The EveryTouch form are for individual games that later on I will combine into a highlight video. So do one form per game. So one form, one game, then it's really easy to submit. You just copy and paste the link. And if you connect us to your Trace, we'll be able to access it. So there's that. Next is camps. So I talked to your parents about this on the call while you were training. You need to book Masters. You need to book 60. But the biggest one you need to book right away is called the Elite. Soccer camp, which is hosted by Occidental, which is pretty close to where you live. So please, please go. If you missed the one in January, you can go to the one in the summer. Same with these two. These are the only high academic camps that are semi-local to you. The other camp you could go to is Future 500, which is— they do have one in Northern California. The other mass camp to consider is PPA or Elite 200/Elite 300. Basically what you would do is with my coach and yourself, you'll look up these camps and you'll go, are there schools going that I want? And if there are, then you go. If there are not, you don't go. Simple as that. Now, but you have to book the camps out in front because they get booked. So you'd book them, and then after that, we're gonna send emails. So here's who you're gonna send emails to. I'm gonna give you a D3 list, and you're gonna focus only on the D3 and D2 list for the next probably month. Once you finish that list, we're gonna have you email the D1s, and you're gonna email all of them. You're gonna get a lot of generic emails, don't worry about it, it's just our very first touchpoint punch in the face. Then we do follow-up and this is where we will need, this is the best part, because you will have given me 4 to 5 full games, I'll already have for you 4 to 5 full game every touch videos, I'll have a highlight video for you and then we will make some social media for you and we can teach you how to make some if you want, how to make some if you want. Okay, which then brings us to the big one. I just gotta get your video, and then we're gonna send out the mass email template, which we will show you how to do.
