A 3.5 GPA or higher makes you a stronger recruit for college soccer. Coaches see good grades as a sign of coachability and work ethic. If your grades are solid, reach out to programs instead of assuming you can't play at that level.

Do you have a 4.0 GPA? If so, that puts you in a very different situation when it comes to playing college soccer. First of all, scholarship opportunities are much more likely depending on which school you decide to go to. When we write our subject line in order to talk to these coaches, having a 4.0 GPA is something that grabs their attention. Coaches have a vast amount of players to choose from. They want to choose players with better grades because they know that those players are likely to be good listeners, are likely to work hard, and understand the importance of an education. Some players with a 4.0 GPA think they can't play soccer, but it really depends on what your goals are. If you have a 4.0 or a 3.5 to 3.8 and you want to play college soccer, please reach out to me before you decide you don't want to play because there is likely an opportunity out there for you.
