Gary, get in here. Yes, Coach. What can I do for you? We have a college camp coming up, and I want to separate already between the players who I already know I'm gonna like and between the players that, you know, we've never heard of. Can we get that list sorted? Yes, sir, Coach. So I put all the MLS Next players in one section, and I put all of the E64 NPL and anybody not MLS Next in another section. Is that okay? Look, I understand what you're saying, Gary, but you can't just assume that because they're playing at X level that they're better. Billy coming? I really want Billy to be there. Yeah, Billy's coming. He's only a freshman, so I think we should put him with the older age group. Perfect idea. I like that idea. Okay, now tell me right now, what positions do we are looking for specifically? Well, we're looking for some center mids, a striker, and a winger, and we also need a right back. Okay. Yeah. How do you know that about these players? Like, did they send you something? Yeah, they sent us a really good email. Actually, a couple of them had a self-interview in their highlight video, which I really liked so I could get to know them as a person. And a few of them, like Billy, sent us 3 every-touch videos. So I already really like him. I'm going to spend a little bit of time with him, like during the camp, and kind of give him some feedback. I'm even going to push him really hard and tell him he didn't do good. Just to see how he reacts. I'm just going to test his mental state. Oh, that's a good idea. That clever. I learned it from the best coach. If you want more help playing college soccer, give me a call. Links in the bio. This is exactly how the recruiting process works. It's not easy.
